Vertical blinds
I bought some vertical blinds not long ago, but I had a really bad time with the company I got them from. I ordered them on the 20th of December, but when the package arrived on the 4th of January, it only had a bracket in it - no blinds at all. I've been trying to get in touch with the company through email and phone, but they haven't replied at all. I had to open a PayPal case to try and sort it out, which has just made it even longer to get the blinds. I can't believe how useless this company has been in getting my order right.
Roller blinds purchase
I made the mistake of ordering roller blinds from this company and it turned out to be a nightmare. Once the order was placed, it was like they disappeared off the face of the earth. Every time I tried to contact them, I was met with a recorded message directing me to email in. Their customer service team was utterly useless, providing nothing but flimsy excuses for the lack of communication and delayed delivery. And don't even get me started on the delivery company they used, DX. It was a comedy of errors with them, giving incorrect delivery times and then conveniently "misrouting" the items back to the depot when they didn't feel like making the effort to deliver. It was a frustrating experience to say the least.
Conservatory blinds
I've just sorted out some new blinds for our conservatory and I'm chuffed to bits with them! Measuring them and ordering was a breeze, and the tracking system kept me in the loop with a dispatch date of two weeks. The blinds turned up bang on time the day after dispatch, and they look absolutely amazing in our conservatory. I did have to get in touch with the company a couple of times to double-check the fixings I needed, and they were really helpful in making sure I got the right ones with my delivery. All in all, I couldn't be more pleased with my purchase and I would definitely buy from them again in the future. Thanks!
3 Blinds
I bought 3 blinds from Blinds Direct Online not long ago, and all in all, I'm pretty chuffed with how it all went. The blinds turned up on time, delivered by a courier, but there was a little hiccup with one of them - it was missing the holes needed for the blinds to slot into place. I dropped the company an email, and they got back to me sharpish. They spotted the problem right away and sent over the missing parts, which arrived the following day. Fitting the blinds was a piece of cake, and now I'm well pleased with how they look. I reckon they were good value for what you get, especially when compared to other companies out there.
Vertical Blinds
Our experience with this company was absolutely fantastic. We started by speaking to the owner who gave us some really helpful advice and a thorough quote. It was really easy to place our order and pay the deposit with their son. The blinds were fitted by another member of the team who did a great job - they were quick, on time, and left everything clean and tidy. We were really impressed by how professional and friendly this family business was. We'll definitely be going back to them for any future blind needs.
PerfectFit Venetian blinds
I recently bought some Venetian blinds from PerfectFit online and I have to say I was really impressed with how good they were and how well they fit. I ordered them on the 2nd of October and they arrived on the 20th, which was when they were expected to arrive for custom-made products. They were easy to put up, especially after watching a video online that showed me how. The only downside was that there weren't any paper instructions in the box, which would have been handy for people who like to have written instructions. Overall, I'm happy with my purchase and would definitely think about getting more from this company in the future.
Online Blind Purchase
I must say, buying blinds online was a total nightmare for me. It was so confusing with all these companies having such similar names. I thought I was ordering from one place, but it turned out to be different. The lack of communication and clarity from the company was just terrible. There was no confirmation, and they didn't even answer my calls - it felt like a scam from the start. We ended up cancelling our order because we were worried about being scammed, but surprisingly, they refunded us without much trouble. It's a shame really, because if they had been more open and responsive, we would have been happy to continue with our purchase.
Ordered faux wood blinds
I bought these blinds thinking they were faux wood, but they're actually cheap aluminium and don't look like wood at all! I feel like I wasted my money because they were quite pricey and not what I expected. I could have found better blinds for a cheaper price elsewhere. I wouldn't suggest this company to anyone, it's a complete rip off!
Blinds, took ages
It's really frustrating - the delivery failed twice even though I was at home all day! The blinds themselves are nice, but the service is terrible. I won't be using them again!
Blind order received
I ordered a blind based on the measurements I gave, but it arrived shorter than it should have been, with extra deductions made by the company without us knowing. The quality of the standard head rail was really poor, definitely not worth the amount I paid. I wouldn't suggest buying from this company.
2 blinds
I recently got 2 blinds from this company, and I must say I wasn't very happy with the experience. The blinds themselves do look good, but unfortunately, they're still not hanging up in my home. I placed the order on a Sunday and was expecting them to turn up by the following Friday, at the latest, but there was a delay in making them because some staff were off sick with covid. I get that things are tough at the moment, but what I can't forgive is the fact that the company didn't keep me in the loop. They call themselves a "Family run company", but they didn't bother to tell customers about the delay on their website or get in touch with us individually. I had to ring them multiple times and send emails just to find out what was going on. In my opinion, this lack of honesty and communication isn't on. I had to cancel the blind installation because they didn't show up when they said they would.
Perfect fit shutters, issues with sizing and handles
I recently bought some shutters from this company that were supposed to be a perfect fit, but I've had a bit of a nightmare. I followed the measuring instructions on the website, but when the shutters arrived, they just didn't fit properly. They were much thicker and heavier than I expected, and quite a few of them didn't even fit the windows in my house.
I've been going back and forth with emails, and they told me the problem was that I didn't measure the handle clearance properly, which wasn't really explained well in the instructions or videos. The customer service has been really slow and not very helpful, and they've kind of blamed me for everything instead of sorting out the manufacturing problem. I messed up the measurements for the headrail so I had to get a new one. The customer service was really good and they made everything easy and cheap for me. We've got blinds from this company all around our house, they look nice, work well, and didn't cost too much.

Day/night blackout blinds for bedroom and ensuite
I got some new blinds for my bedroom and bathroom that block out the light all day and night. I even got insurance just in case something goes wrong! The updates on my order were great and then suddenly, my blinds arrived at my door. I tried to put them up following the instructions, but I had given the wrong measurements. The customer service team were really helpful and talked me through how to measure them again over the phone. I had to pay a bit extra, but they made new blinds for me and sent them out quickly. They look fantastic in my rooms! The service team really saved the day and were so kind to me even though it was my mistake. The blinds are great and the team at this place are top-notch!
Venetian blinds purchase
I recently bought some Venetian blinds from an online shop, and I have to say I was really impressed with the whole process. I looked at loads of different websites, but this one not only had the style I wanted, but also the best price. Quick and efficient purchase
I ordered some blinds and they arrived quite quickly, just when I thought they would. I thought the quality of the blinds was alright for the price I paid. They were easy to put up, although I did notice that they didn't come with screws to attach the brackets to the wall. However, I did see that was stated on the website, so I was ready for it. I find that the screws that come with blinds usually aren't right for the type of wall anyway.
PerfectFit Venetian blind
After looking into a few different blind companies and checking out some reviews, I ended up going with this one to get a PerfectFit double glazed door Venetian blind. Everything was pretty straightforward from measuring up to ordering on the website, no issues at all. The blind arrived nicely packaged and was delivered super quickly. Putting it together and getting it installed was a piece of cake, and I've been really happy with how it all turned out. Top-notch service all around.
Recent blind purchase
I bought some blinds from this company recently and I have to say, I was really disappointed with the whole thing. When my order arrived, I realised that the screws and raw plugs I needed to put up the blinds were missing. It was so frustrating because I couldn't even put them up! Paying attention to the little things is so important when it comes to keeping customers happy, and it feels like they really dropped the ball this time.
Blinds
They delivered grey blinds instead of the white ones we ordered. When we asked for a replacement or a refund they told me grey is equal to white, to them, for this type of blinds.
The item title and content was clearly saying white.
Well, what else can I say.
Then they told me the pictures are for illustration purposes only (is that a cheap way to lie to customers or not?) and I should order a free sample before I order the items. Well in that case why did you not notify me from the beginning that your item is not really white but grey, to not make an order but send me first me a sample?
I am mislead, I've spent £300 they pocketed and that's it.
The Consumer Rights Act 2015 clearly states content must be as described by the seller.
I have got no time and no courage to deal with scums and an unprofessional company. Even my legal expenses and the trouble are not worth it, and they know it.
Have you ever dealt with Amazon customer service? Well, that's the total opposite. You've lost a customer, you got a review and pocketed £300. Well done...
