Ordering headache 19 March 2026

I wouldn't recommend them — unreliable communication and a partial refund promise that never happened. I ordered on 19 June because the site suggested fairly quick dispatch, but right away things went odd. I emailed the next day to check shipping and was told the wig needed 'customisation' and would take three to five days, with a tentative ship date of the 1st. Then they emailed again and moved the date to the 2nd, mentioning a Dragon Boat Festival and being away for a few days. Fine, festivals happen, but when I asked to cancel while it was still early they first said I couldn't cancel and then stopped replying altogether. I've followed up multiple times by email and messaged on social channels — nothing. Strangely, their product photos and checkout felt professional, which made the silence more frustrating. I'm not aggressive about star ratings, just advising anyone thinking of ordering to use a card you can dispute and be prepared to chase them. I did ask for a refund and I'm still waiting. Would prefer a simple refund and a quick reply from them.
