The moment I opened the parcel, I could already tell this wasn’t going to work for me. The hair felt dry, looked frizzy and the strands were tangling together before I’d even taken the bundle apart properly. I use this texture quite regularly for my everyday style, so I know it usually needs a bit of care, but this was different. I contacted the seller simply to ask for the return address. Instead, I was told to wash and use it first. After several emails, I still haven’t been given an address to send it back to. That’s the part I find most frustrating, honestly. I wasn’t asking for anything unusual, just a straightforward return for an item that arrived in poor condition.
Not worth the hassle
Honestly, I’d give this a miss. A colleague first mentioned Junoda to me, and I thought the wig looked promising online, but mine was a let-down. Delivery had already slipped past Christmas, so I tried cancelling. Once it arrived, it tangled almost straight away, shed everywhere and the colour transferred onto my top. It looked much less like the photos too; after drying, it puffed up badly. I’m especially disappointed that customer support didn’t really own the issue. I posted a photo review on their site, but never saw it appear. I won’t order again.

chase them. Small things, but annoying.
Ordering headache
I wouldn't recommend them — unreliable communication and a partial refund promise that never happened. I ordered on 19 June because the site suggested fairly quick dispatch, but right away things went odd. I emailed the next day to check shipping and was told the wig needed 'customisation' and would take three to five days, with a tentative ship date of the 1st. Then they emailed again and moved the date to the 2nd, mentioning a Dragon Boat Festival and being away for a few days. Fine, festivals happen, but when I asked to cancel while it was still early they first said I couldn't cancel and then stopped replying altogether. I've followed up multiple times by email and messaged on social channels — nothing. Strangely, their product photos and checkout felt professional, which made the silence more frustrating. I'm not aggressive about star ratings, just advising anyone thinking of ordering to use a card you can dispute and be prepared to chase them. I did ask for a refund and I'm still waiting. Would prefer a simple refund and a quick reply from them.
