some pieces are exactly what I wanted, decent fabric and comfy. The annoying bits: sizing is all over the place — an XL fits perfectly in one style and is enormous in another, so you never quite know. Photos promised shimmer that doesn't exist, which is irritating. Returns are a pain, you pay postage and then they offer a discount that makes returning pointless, so you end up finding a home for the stuff. Not perfect, but works.
Oddly disappointing
a so-called medium that was huge, one outfit faded like it’d been through loads of washes, and another set had a stain plus bottoms stretched out of shape. Weirdly there was a small freebie in the box, which was a nice surprise, but that didn’t fix the rest. I’m still waiting on the remainder, and multiple emails about refunds or exchanges have been ignored. Delivery and customer service have been the main issues here.
Credit fixed — honestly relieved

If they’d just replied, things might’ve worked out — I did like the designs. My advice: be ready to chase them or use a card that gives you buyer protection.

3 dresses ordered, only received 1
Hey everyone! I picked up 3 dresses back on April 15, but I've only received 1 of them up until now. I'm really let down because I haven't heard anything about the other 2 dresses. I did follow up on it a few weeks ago and was told I'd get a 10% discount, but that doesn't make up for the fact that the dresses are still missing! I just want to know when I can expect them to arrive, you know?
Two item purchase
I placed an order for two things from an online shop not long ago. They sent me one right away, which was good. But the other thing I ordered, a dress, wasn't in the package. Difficult item selection
I had a bit of a tricky time trying to pick out items on the website recently. It took a few goes to get the things I actually wanted because some random stuff kept popping up in my shopping basket that I hadn't chosen at all. Also, I was a bit confused by the "verify" label, not sure what it actually means - maybe it's for items that are low in stock or out of stock? Anyway, the website has loads of stuff to choose from and the delivery charge wasn't too bad. I just hope my order arrives with the right items I picked out in the end.
Brownish tan with white flowers
I really like wearing clothes that are made from 100% cotton or other natural materials, so I was a bit disappointed when I discovered lastane in the material of the item I bought. If the company could provide more choices without lastane, then I'd definitely consider buying more things from them. The brownish tan colour with white flowers design on my last purchase was really nice, but I just wasn't a fan of the material it was made from.
Two jackets

Waiting since 06.05.2024 for an order
I can't believe I've been waiting for my order since 06.05.2024 and it's still stuck in processing. This so-called fast delivery is a joke! I'm really disappointed with this company. It's taking way too long for them to just process my order. I was expecting much better service, especially in terms of delivery speed.
