    Half decent shirts, messy returns

    colours were off and the cut wasn't what I expected. The fabric itself wasn't terrible, actually; soft enough for day-to-day wear and the fit is okay if you don't need perfect tailoring, so in use they're fine. The real problem was the returns process. It's buried on the site, you have to apply, fill out forms, wait, fill more forms and they even suggest keeping the items for a partial refund. That felt like haggling rather than customer service. I paid to send the shirts back and the original postage wasn't refunded, which annoyed me. In short — decent shirts for everyday use, but poor aftercare and a clumsy returns system. Will think twice before ordering again.

    Mostly frustrated, a couple of decent bits

Some pieces are fine for lounging at home, but quite a few feel cheap and ill-fitting. I tried to sort a return. They emailed once asking for photos, which I sent straight away. Then radio silence. I wrote again, explained everything, attached the pictures again, and still nothing back. It’s annoying because the items did arrive and from that point it should be straightforward. I’d advise anyone to order one thing first or double-check sizes. I wish they’d be quicker with refunds — seems avoidable. Not a total disaster, but not great either.

    Little surprise

    Expensive fitting trial

    Mixed bag, but usable

    some pieces are exactly what I wanted, decent fabric and comfy. The annoying bits: sizing is all over the place — an XL fits perfectly in one style and is enormous in another, so you never quite know. Photos promised shimmer that doesn't exist, which is irritating. Returns are a pain, you pay postage and then they offer a discount that makes returning pointless, so you end up finding a home for the stuff. Not perfect, but works.

    Oddly disappointing

    a so-called medium that was huge, one outfit faded like it’d been through loads of washes, and another set had a stain plus bottoms stretched out of shape. Weirdly there was a small freebie in the box, which was a nice surprise, but that didn’t fix the rest. I’m still waiting on the remainder, and multiple emails about refunds or exchanges have been ignored. Delivery and customer service have been the main issues here.
