Don't rely on their support — I gave up. I ordered two items a couple of weeks ago and wanted to return them after trying them on. The "24/7" chat never replied, there's no phone and several emails went unanswered. Product seemed fine at first, but returns are hopeless.
Left hanging after a simple exchange
In short, don't trust their support — they promised contact and never did. Bought the item just over a month ago and I was initially pleased, but it turned out to be the wrong size. I followed the return instructions, waited days, then weeks, no reply, so now I can't swap it.
Little surprise
Right after unboxing I remembered how unsure I'd been about sizing and slow postage. Gave the tee a go for everyday wear and honestly it fits well, colour's true and I've lived in it for school runs, cafes and dog walks. Delivery was a touch slow but worth it.

3 dresses ordered, only received 1
Hey everyone! I picked up 3 dresses back on April 15, but I've only received 1 of them up until now. I'm really let down because I haven't heard anything about the other 2 dresses.
