Variety of choices, fabric composition
I really liked all the different options on the website, but I was a bit let down that there weren't many choices in natural materials like cotton and linen. It would have been great if they clearly stated what the fabric was made of because I ended up getting things that weren't what I expected. That meant I had to go through the hassle of sending them back.
Ladies tops
The worst experience ever. In December 2022, I ordered and paid for 12 different tops. In almost 2 months, after long exchanges of emails, items getting out of stock, being substituted by different items, only 8 items finally received. After having decided not to wait any longer, I cancelled the remaining 4 items and asked for refund. And again the problems started, the company insisted that 9 items had been delivered, didn’t accept the fact that only 8 items received. In March a partial refund (less than for three items) was made. The company cannot be trusted and their behaviour bring doubt and shadow on other, really trustworthy on line companies. What a disgrace.
A jumper
Note that the 'returns policy' leaves the customer responsible for postage and possible customs to their returns centre in Guangzhou, China! We were offered a 15% refund instead. A disgrace.
