I have to admit, I wasn't sure about the necklace because it was so cheap, but when it arrived, I was really impressed. It's absolutely gorgeous and way better than I expected. It goes so well with my blouse and I wear it all the time now. I'm really happy with it and would definitely tell others to get one too.
Incorrect item received
I bought something from the website, but they sent me the wrong item. It was really bad quality, felt cheap and not up to scratch. At first, I was annoyed because there was no return label, but eventually got one after waiting ages. This whole thing has put me off shopping on this website again.
Printed dress purchase
I've used this online store a few times now and I must say, my most recent buy of a printed dress went really well. Ordering was easy and the website was simple to use. There's a great choice of fashionable clothes on offer and the dress I got was even better quality than I was expecting. It arrived quickly and in perfect condition. I'm happy with my purchase and I'll definitely be using this online store again.
Gorgeous green product
I've just got this amazing green item and it's absolutely fantastic! The colour is so vibrant and looks exactly like in the photos on the website. The quality is actually really impressive and totally exceeded my expectations - it's much better than I imagined. I'm now really keen to get the yellow one as well! Could I possibly get it in a size 4XL? The yellow one would be really cool to have. I'm so excited to purchase more items like this for my wardrobe!
High-quality clothing
I just bought some clothes from this online shop and honestly, I was pretty chuffed with the quality. The stuff was just like they said on the website and the materials were really top-notch. I reckon I'd definitely suggest this shop to anyone after some good quality and trendy clothes.
Variety of choices, fabric composition
I really liked all the different options on the website, but I was a bit let down that there weren't many choices in natural materials like cotton and linen. It would have been great if they clearly stated what the fabric was made of because I ended up getting things that weren't what I expected. That meant I had to go through the hassle of sending them back.
Ladies tops
The worst experience ever. In December 2022, I ordered and paid for 12 different tops. In almost 2 months, after long exchanges of emails, items getting out of stock, being substituted by different items, only 8 items finally received. After having decided not to wait any longer, I cancelled the remaining 4 items and asked for refund. And again the problems started, the company insisted that 9 items had been delivered, didn’t accept the fact that only 8 items received. In March a partial refund (less than for three items) was made. The company cannot be trusted and their behaviour bring doubt and shadow on other, really trustworthy on line companies. What a disgrace.
A jumper
Note that the 'returns policy' leaves the customer responsible for postage and possible customs to their returns centre in Guangzhou, China! We were offered a 15% refund instead. A disgrace.
My beautiful gown won the day
Being plus-sized could be a bit stressful especially when it comes to selecting dresses. I had dinner and needed to look vogue, comfortable and take-away. I went through all the boutiques down my street but could not get any dress that looks stunning for the dinner. I went through clothing stores online and discovered JustFashionNow.
