Worn hoodie
I bought a second-hand hoodie that had some marks, but they came out easily after cleaning. I decided to go for next day delivery but wished I hadn't as it arrived late. I decided to keep the item despite the small problems. In general, I wasn't too impressed with the whole experience and probably won't be going back.

Used shoes
I had a really bad experience with my latest purchase. The shoes I got were obviously not brand new, they had marks, yellowing soles, and one of them was a completely different colour. It was clear that I got a pair that had been on display for ages. To add insult to injury, the customer service team told me that I could only get a refund in store credit, which was very disappointing.
