Loved it, light and steers one-handed, cosy seats, not flawless but solid, much better than old bulky buggy.
Saw it at my mate's
Spotted this at a mate's flat and told my sister about it. Delivery was ages—arrived well over a week late—but customer service apologised and sorted tracking. It's a bit wobbly, yet I'm oddly pleased.
Proper relief

Misaligned drawers for the nursery

Misleading next-day delivery
don’t rely on the next-day option. I ordered a child cot and drawer set because our baby is due soon and we’d just moved, so needed it fast. I paid extra for next-day and it’s now been 15 days with no dispatch. I’ve phoned customer service three times and every time they say it’s awaiting dispatch. Last week they guaranteed dispatch on Friday and delivery on Monday, so I took the day off to wait — nothing turned up. Today they’re telling me the same story again. Even if I wanted to believe them that would mean about 21 days despite paying for next-day. The product looked fine online and the price was reasonable, but the service and delivery have been poor and it’s been a real inconvenience. If anyone can actually look into my order that would be helpful.
Quick turnaround, minor bother
Got the pram really fast, which I loved — honestly the delivery was spot on. When it arrived there were a few scratches on the frame, looked like it had been handled before, so that was a bit of a downer. I rang and emailed the team and they were helpful; they offered to collect, which would have been fine but I’d already sold our old pram that same day expecting a perfect swap, so I couldn’t have it taken away. In the end I found someone local to buff out the marks for about £25 and gave it a good clean myself. No refund offered, but it was on sale so I still saved a bit. I’ve bought from them before and that previous experience was much smoother, so overall I’m pleased it worked out.
