    Misaligned drawers for the nursery

    By the time the drawers arrived I was already part way through setting up the nursery and fed up. The grooves on the runners don't line up so the drawers scrape and don't sit flush — they feel uneven and a bit wobbly, you can tell it's not right. I've waited three weeks for a fix; they say it's a manufacturing fault and can't replace immediately. I needed this sorted before the baby comes, and the delays, missed emails and hour-long calls have been more stress than I wanted.

    Misleading next-day delivery

    don’t rely on the next-day option. I ordered a child cot and drawer set because our baby is due soon and we’d just moved, so needed it fast. I paid extra for next-day and it’s now been 15 days with no dispatch. I’ve phoned customer service three times and every time they say it’s awaiting dispatch. Last week they guaranteed dispatch on Friday and delivery on Monday, so I took the day off to wait — nothing turned up. Today they’re telling me the same story again. Even if I wanted to believe them that would mean about 21 days despite paying for next-day. The product looked fine online and the price was reasonable, but the service and delivery have been poor and it’s been a real inconvenience. If anyone can actually look into my order that would be helpful.
