package arrived quicker than I dared hope, nicely folded, and when I rang customer service with a sizing question they were calm, helpful and didn't make me feel daft. Fit was better than I'd expected, fabric feels solid (still a bit wary, but happy), and my mate was chuffed too. Not everything showed up on a model which I still prefer, but their support and prompt postage made the whole thing easy. I'd recommend them if you want something different and a company that actually sorts you out really.
Quick fix after a shaky start
less than three days later a replacement was on its way. The company said it shouldn't have worn that fast and likely blamed faulty material, and they sorted it quickly. Product quality felt a bit hit-or-miss, but their customer care really redeemed the experience. If you're buying, keep photos and contact them straight away — saved me a lot of hassle. Slightly annoyed about the wear, but overall pleased. Also ordered from the UK site and didn't get hit with import fees.
