I bought two cotton robes from this shop not long ago, one in fawn and one in white, both in a size large. I'm really happy with them - they're lovely, soft, and really comfy. I have to admit, the large size was a bit baggy on me, but that's because I should have gone for a smaller size. The robes came in good packaging and were in perfect condition when they arrived.

New pillows ordered during a sale
I recently ordered some new pillows from a store while they were having a sale. I was really looking forward to receiving them and making my bed all cosy and comfortable. However, after I had already paid, they dropped a bombshell on me - they said it would take a whopping six weeks for my pillows to arrive! I mean, seriously? That seems like an excessively long wait just for some pillows. It makes me wonder if they prioritise big orders over small ones like mine. Pretty disappointing, if you ask me.
New towels
I recently bought some new towels, but they turned out to be a bit odd and bleached. I had to return them, but the customer service team were really friendly and sent me replacement ones promptly. It would have been nice to receive an email explaining why the first towels were faulty though. I'm excited to use my soft new towels and I hope they don't bleach again!
Good Quality, Prompt Delivery
I was pretty happy with the quality of the products I bought and they came pretty quickly. But, the grey colour was a bit darker than I was hoping for. Hopefully, it might lighten up a bit after a wash.

Two oversized robes
Recently, I bought two robes from this company and both turned out to be way too big. It would have been great to have a better sizing guide to prevent this. Also, I had to pay nearly £10 to send the items back, which is a bit much given the chance of something not fitting and having to cover the return costs. While the refund was quick, I'm now unsure about buying clothes from this company again.
