don’t bother if you want an easy return — it turned into a small nightmare. I bought two feeders as a keepsake (thought they were bluebird style) and what arrived were suet-only holders, so already off to a bad start. I did manage to talk to a person once, briefly, but they basically refused to honour the 30-day return in any practical way. The “return label” they sent wasn’t prepaid, so they expect me to post two awkward feeders from New York back to Nevada at my expense — which would cost more than the items. Other places I’ve dealt with would’ve at least offered a prepaid label, or split postage, or done something sensible; here I got vague replies and no real help. I’m a bit disappointed (was meant to be thoughtful) and annoyed more than anything. If you hate chasing refunds and paying surprise postage, look elsewhere.
