New watch battery
I went to the shop to get a new battery for my watch. They initially said it would take half an hour, but because I was running out of time on my parking, they helped me out straight away. I was really happy with the customer service, it was a nice surprise. I really appreciated it. Thanks for being so helpful.
Watch purchase
I popped into the store the other day to buy a watch, and I must say, I was really happy with the service I got. The chap who helped me out was not only nice but also really clued up about all the watches they had in stock. He listened to what I was after and pointed me towards a watch that was just right for me. The team even checked in on me while I was waiting for my watch to be wrapped up, showing top-notch customer service.
Earrings for my daughter
The folks working at the earring store were really friendly and knew a lot about earrings. The individual who pierced my daughter's ears was super gentle and careful, almost like a dentist but for earrings. The shop was tidy and well-lit, and the prices weren't too high.
Watch battery replacement
I went to the shop the other day to get a new battery put in my watch. The staff there really knew their stuff and they were quick at helping me out. They just took my watch and sent it off to get the battery changed. Surprisingly, it was back with me sooner than I thought. The whole thing went really smoothly and I honestly can't fault their service at all.

I bought a christening bracelet for my granddaughter not long ago, and I have to say, the service was absolutely brilliant! The lady who helped me really went out of her way to make sure the bracelet would fit just right on my granddaughter's wrist. She even gave it a nice clean before giving it to me. I was really impressed by how much care she took and the great customer service she provided.
Citizen Eco Drive watch at 50% off
I recently bought a Citizen Eco Drive watch at half price from this shop and I'm really pleased with how it all went. I gave them a ring to ask about the watch and they were nice enough to put it to one side for me until I could pop in to buy it. The staff were so friendly and helpful, it made buying the watch a breeze. I've picked up some other bits of jewellery from this shop before and they've always been top-notch quality and value for money.
Necklace broke
My necklace broke, right, so I went to this place. The people there were really nice and fixed it for me straight away because it was still under some sort of guarantee. They even sorted out another necklace I had that I didn't even get from there for a small charge. It was so cool, big thanks to the staff!
Bracelet replacement and jewellery cleaning advice
I popped into the shop recently to get my wristwatch fixed with a new bracelet and I was really happy with how it all turned out. The staff were so nice and they really knew what they were talking about, which made me feel important. Sleeper earrings
I had a really bad experience with this company's customer service. I got a pair of sleeper earrings at the end of last year, but unfortunately, one of them had a clasp that kept opening and falling out. I went back to the store within the 12-month guarantee period, hoping to get it fixed or replaced. However, they kept hold of them for over a month before telling me that the problem was down to wear and tear, so they wouldn't do anything about it. This was really disappointing, especially since my previous pair from a different store lasted for years without any issues. I tried reaching out to customer services, but they just stuck to the same unhelpful stance. It's sad to see that I'm not the only one dealing with this problem, as many other customers have left similar negative reviews on Trustpilot. I wouldn't recommend buying from this company, as their quality and customer service don't live up to expectations.

I just got my wedding ring from a jewellers, and honestly, I was super impressed with the service. I went to the jeweller not long ago because I needed to get a necklace fixed and cleaned. The people there were really nice and gave me good advice on how they would fix it, and told me when I could expect it to be ready. I bought this diamond ring and the stone fell out so quickly, it was a nightmare trying to get a refund. Then, I took my Kate Spade watch to get a battery replacement and it stopped working right after. The lady at the store said it was fine, but it wasn't! Turns out the watch was damaged thanks to them. They really don't know how to treat customers properly!

My partner and I went to the store to buy our wedding rings. The assistant we spoke to was really nice and helpful, which made choosing the rings easy. I had a really good time shopping at the store in Peterborough. The staff there were super friendly and really helpful, which made my shopping trip a lot more enjoyable. The watch I bought was such good value for money, I'd definitely think about going back to this store in the future.
ring lost not
I got engaged, in Paris three weeks ago now. 2 1/2 of those weeks your high Wycombe branch has had the ring for resize as my fingers are so small.
On handing the ring back, the lady was lovely, said it return ready for collection on the 29th.
We popped in last Wednesday 26th to just get an update/see if it was lucky to arrived early. Met by a lady whom wouldn’t get a straight answer. Said it ‘might be back Friday, maybe Sat or maybe Sunday. Maybe sometime’ generally wasn’t fussed or helpful, kept trying to pass us off so she could get back to standing by back counter doing nothing I guess. - not really something we expect to deal with but ok fairs we was calling in unannounced, not invited in to collect.
29th come and gone, no contact. Roll on to today, called the branch 3 times, no answer. So we got in the car, drove down. Greets by a man, whom wouldn’t even provide us an update. Had to point out lady whom we saw Wednesday in her same position did.
So he reluctantly he checks the system. States it’s not in. speaks in a down tone when I request a manager to discuss his lack of help, or want to apologise. To be meet with ‘I am the most senior person here’
I ask to know why it’s taking so long and what can be done. Meet with ‘ok, we have contact details’
I’m appalled. Ruined the whole point of excitement. Can’t bare the idea of someone so careless and lack of ability of giving two ... to have been involved in it.
Honestly I’m disgusted. Shocked that’s how they treat people.
I would like you to be aware of how your staff treat customers and their complete lack of service. Even in a senior position.
Now i have been informed they have lost it! and I have to collect a refund as I am not happy to wait another 2 weeks for them to bother with it again !
Then to top it off even their head office isnt bothered ! clearly great at their services. avoid at all costs because they dont care
