Tried it on Sunday — actually liked the colour and the way it sat at first, looked pretty natural for a ten-minute job. After a day it started shedding and the lace was a tad too big, not really glueless like they claimed, and the ends went a bit frizzy. They offered me $10 back which was polite but hardly enough. Useful for a one-off look, just wouldn’t rely on it long-term, sadly, and delivery was quick too.
Started sceptical, now a return buyer
no updates, I phoned and asked where my wig was, and the silence felt odd. The delivery did take its time, a bit longer than I'd hoped, but when it arrived it looked exactly like the photos. So those doubts faded. The fit and finish are good, repeats for a reason.
Late and awkward
I ordered hair extensions mainly for my weekday routine — commuting, quick gym sessions and the odd evening out — so I needed them on time. They dragged on for over two weeks saying it was in "clearance" though clearance only happened three days ago, which didn't add up. I asked for a refund after the tracking looked bogus and they kept offering a resend that would take another two weeks. I have WhatsApp messages to prove it but customer support were short and defensive, even refusing a refund because I left a negative review. When it did arrive it's usable, not perfect, but the service spoiled it.
Shorter than expected
When I first popped it on I immediately thought "this isn't 18 inches" — felt more like a shorter bob than the kinky 18 I ordered. I got it the week after ordering, so delivery was quick and that was nice, but the hair quality looked a bit rough up close. The worst bit was the returns chat; I was sceptical about that form thing and sure enough it wasn't a live chat at all. They only replied after about 48 hours, which was annoying, but to be fair they did eventually explain the return options. Not perfect, but sorted in the end with a bit of patience.
Wrong wig, endless runaround
their returns process is the weak link, not the product quality itself. If you buy here, keep proof and use tracked returns. Quite frustrated.
Not the 360 baby-hairline I ordered, but not a total disaster
it wasn't the 360 newborn hairline they showed, it was a frontal — so yes, I was annoyed. I ordered because I wanted that soft baby-hair, full-around look for quick mornings (school run, coffee, working from the kitchen table), and what turned up looked different. I messaged the seller, sent the photos they asked for, got one reply with a picture and then silence for a bit — that made me sceptical, I won’t lie. Anyway, after faffing about with it I tried styling and tucking the lace, plucked the hairline a touch and it actually sits nicely now for everyday wear. It’s not perfect, the advert was misleading, but the wig is wearable, comfy and saves time on busy days. So I’m calmer about it; still wish they were clearer, but I’m using it and it does the job.
