their returns process is the weak link, not the product quality itself. If you buy here, keep proof and use tracked returns. Quite frustrated.
Not the 360 baby-hairline I ordered, but not a total disaster
it wasn't the 360 newborn hairline they showed, it was a frontal — so yes, I was annoyed. I ordered because I wanted that soft baby-hair, full-around look for quick mornings (school run, coffee, working from the kitchen table), and what turned up looked different. I messaged the seller, sent the photos they asked for, got one reply with a picture and then silence for a bit — that made me sceptical, I won’t lie. Anyway, after faffing about with it I tried styling and tucking the lace, plucked the hairline a touch and it actually sits nicely now for everyday wear. It’s not perfect, the advert was misleading, but the wig is wearable, comfy and saves time on busy days. So I’m calmer about it; still wish they were clearer, but I’m using it and it does the job.
