their same-day promise isn't reliable. I spotted them after a quick Google search — a friend had mentioned them, so I tried it. I ordered well before their 12:30pm cutoff (their own wording). Still, they emailed back saying same-day wasn't possible because the contracted shop was already swamped. Fine, mistakes happen. But the communication after that was messy. I rang, I emailed, I kept screenshots. Each reply was curt and unhelpful, and the person I dealt with — Kristine, supposedly the manager — wasn't exactly keen to fix things. Delivery fees pushed the total up more than expected. So I ended up paying a premium for something they didn't do. What surprised me, oddly, was that the website looked professional and their product shots were clear. That contrast made the whole experience feel even stranger. The refund process turned into a drawn-out hassle. I still don't have everything back and there's been a fair bit of blame-shifting. The one concrete thing I can say is this: if you absolutely need guaranteed same-day flowers, don't bet on them. If you want to try because their selection looks good, fine — but be prepared to chase and expect less than helpful customer service. It's disappointing, repetitive and avoidable, in my view.
It's the vase that broke it for me
confusion, then embarrassment — which is a rubbish feeling when you're trying to pay your respects. I will say one unintentionally positive thing: the team were persistent. After I phoned they did offer a replacement and then, well, kept in touch — a bit too much, really (I laugh now because my inbox became a soap opera: 700 emails later, who knew?). Anyhow, the replacement wasn't great either, so in the end what I was actually grateful for was that the family completely ignored the florals and focused on being together — which made the whole awkward gift feel less important. So I'm relieved it didn't ruin the day even though the product was disappointing. If you care about presentation (and a proper vase), maybe look elsewhere. The experience taught me that intentions matter more than the cardboard on your doorstep, though I wouldn't want to repeat this one.
Late-night scroll and a birthday gamble
I needed something for a birthday and I was, frankly, suspicious from the start. I found a listing called "Flowers by REMOVED" while browsing and clicked BIRTHDAY. I chose the Lovely Lavender Bouquet, the upgraded version at $79, added a "Fullsize Greeting Card" for $4.99 and checked out. The site felt a bit messy, and I half expected trouble. I’d had dodgy flower deliveries before, so I was braced for the worst.
When the order arrived, my doubts didn’t evaporate straight away. The arrangement came in a clear glass bowl rather than the purple vase shown. The card was tiny — a 3x4 paper note with the shop's name on it, despite the "full size" option. The bouquet itself was a mix of colours, with just three lavender-sprayed roses tucked in; it looked more like a $40 bunch than a $79 premium. The receipt even showed a nearly $19 service fee on top of the price, though delivery was marked as free.
I complained, and the reply I got suggested my review belonged to another business — which was odd. Still, the person I sent it to liked the flowers. They lasted well for several days and the arrangement wasn’t terrible. So my initial certainty that I’d been conned softened a bit. I wouldn’t call it great, but it wasn’t a total disaster either.
Overall, I’m split. The ordering process was straightforward enough. The photography and product labelling need work, and the extra service fee felt cheeky. If you need something decent last minute and don’t mind the risk, it’ll probably do. If you expect exactly what’s pictured, or a proper card and vase, look elsewhere or ring to confirm first.Mostly disappointing, but not a total disaster
the flowers did the job (she loved the daisies she got) and they lasted a bit, but the whole experience — late delivery, wrong arrangement, unhelpful responses and the steep extra charges — makes me unlikely to use them again. It worked, barely, but not well enough for me to recommend it over other local options.
