I wasn’t fully convinced at first, mostly because a few pairs I liked were unavailable. Then I got the restock message, and once the shoes arrived neatly and the return bit looked dead simple, I was sold. Could use a slightly bigger selection, but honestly, it works well.
Two payments, still no rental
I’m honestly a bit baffled by this. My subscription has been taken twice now, yet the rental order still hasn’t turned up or even been marked as dispatched. I’ve emailed a few times and heard nothing about delivery. Oddly, payment-related messages seem to get a response quickly. I’ve had slow deliveries elsewhere before, but at least someone explained what was happening. Here, the lack of proper customer service is the main issue.
Cancelled without a word
“I’ve cancelled your order,” no reason, no apology, just that. It’s the cancelling-without-speaking bit that stings — felt like being ghosted by a shoe brand.
I’ve dealt with small indie sellers before who at least sent a one-line delay note, so I know a little communication goes a long way. The product might have been lovely, but the handling ruined it. Wouldn’t risk it again, especially if you need something for a date or event. A shame, because I had some hope at the start.
