Founder, Lalage decided to launch her clothing label after gaining experience from multiple English fashion houses she had worked for during the 80s and 90s and has been a graduate of fashion from the University of West of England. As a fashion enthusiast, quality inspired her into the full-time fashion world. She started designing for well-known English brands although after a while she went on sabbatical. On returning, her focus was on retailing designer clothing which is 2004, she designed her first collection under her name and in 2006, she opened her first boutique known as Lalage Beaumont which she added more clothing products and accessories thereafter till it becomes a global brand today.
