Floor lamp purchase
I bought a floor lamp from this company not long ago and when it arrived, it was damaged. I got in touch with customer services and they were really quick to respond, asking me to send them some photos of the damage. After just 10 minutes, they told me they were sending out a new lamp to replace the damaged one. The new lamp turned up on Saturday, just like they said, and it was all good, working perfectly. I have to say, I was really impressed with how professional and efficient the customer service team and the company were. It was fantastic service all around.
Ceiling fan light with remote
I bought a ceiling fan light, and overall, I thought it was really nice. The design was sleek and modern, and having a remote was a handy touch. But I was a tad let down by the noise level of the fan - it wasn't as quiet as I'd expected. Also, setting it up was a bit tricky because of its size, weight, and tiny screw placements, so I needed someone to help me out. Despite these small issues, I'm happy with how good the product looks and how well it's made.
Replacement garden lantern
I recently bought a new garden lantern as a replacement but ended up getting two by mistake. I sent an email to the company and they were really helpful in cancelling the extra order and giving me a quick refund. The delivery was speedy, I got my lantern in just 5 days and it's top-notch quality. The only downside is the instructions, they are quite difficult to read even with a magnifying glass. Despite that, I would definitely give it a 5-star rating!

Lamp and lightbulb
I bought a lamp from Lampandlight not long ago and although the lamp was really nice, I was a bit let down by the state of the packaging and the lightbulb itself. The box that the items came in was all battered and torn when it arrived, and the lightbulb inside was broken and didn't work. I think they could have packed it better to avoid stuff like this happening. Luckily, nothing went missing in the delivery but it was worrying to get damaged parts.
Unreceived Parcel
I recently ordered something from Lampandlight but unfortunately I haven't received it yet. Initially, everything seemed fine - the website was easy to use and my order was sent out quickly. However, after checking the Yodel tracking, it said that the parcel had been delivered to my Front Porch, which definitely wasn't the case. I got in touch with Yodel customer services, and they were sorry but said their driver had followed the instructions and delivered the parcel to the correct location according to their notes and Sat-nav coordinates. It turns out Lampandlight hadn't given Yodel our full address, which caused the delivery to go to the wrong place. It looks like this has been a problem for others too, based on reviews I saw on Trustpilot. I'm still waiting for Lampandlight to fix this mix-up and get my parcel to me at the right address.
Fast delivery, helpful service, top-notch product
I have to say, I was really pleased with my experience with this company. My order arrived quickly and in perfect condition. When I made a mistake with my order, the customer service team was so helpful and sorted it out for me really quickly. The product itself is top-notch quality and exactly what I wanted. Modern floor lamp
I'm really disappointed with how things went with this company. The delivery of my modern floor lamp was a total nightmare. They originally said it'd arrive on Tuesday, but it's now Friday and still no sign of it. The delivery company, Yodel, kept telling me it was on its way - first on Wednesday, then this morning, and now who knows when it'll actually show up. It's been so frustrating and inconvenient for me as a customer. And to top it off, they said the delay was because Lampandlight didn't give Yodel our full address. That's just not good enough, they should pay more attention to the details.

Outdoor wall lights
I recently bought some outdoor wall lights and had a bit of a nightmare with the delivery. The tracking said they were on their way on a certain day, then it just said 'we have it' and stayed like that. I tried to get in touch with the seller on Amazon but never heard back, so I ended up asking for a refund. Even when Amazon got involved, the seller still didn't respond until I had to make a claim to get my money back. This whole lack of communication has really put me off this seller.
Lighting fixtures
The delivery of my lighting fixtures from this company was way slower than expected, and they didn't give any reason for the delay. It got me thinking that maybe they were coming all the way from China or somewhere far, which is fine, but it would've been nice to know earlier. The order form looked a bit old-fashioned and didn't save my details like Google does, so it took longer to fill out. Also, the delivery was meant to be today, but I never got any update about it being late, which just added to my annoyance.
