Return issue with Gucci goods
I'm really annoyed with the lack of response from this company! I've been trying to contact them about returning my Gucci items, but it looks like they're ignoring my emails completely. It's just not right to ignore a customer who needs help. I can't understand why they think it's okay to treat customers like this. If this keeps up, I might have to get legal advice to sort things out. You'd think a company would care about their customers and communicate properly, but it seems like not this one.
