At first, I was a bit unsure about buying something from this website because of some bad reviews. But I'm happy to say that I had a really good experience. I had a question, so I got in touch with customer service, and they got back to me really quickly, which was a nice surprise. The person I spoke to was so helpful and sorted out my problem straight away. The thing I bought was just what I wanted, and it arrived in only 4 days with a reliable courier service. They even included return labels and clear instructions in case I needed to send it back, which was reassuring. Overall, I'm really happy with my online shopping experience and I wouldn't hesitate to buy from here again in the future.

Oh my goodness, I can't even believe how upset I am that the company has closed down 😭 Honestly, it was the absolute best place to find amazing second-hand clothes. I used to shop at other places too, but Lampoo was hands down the greatest for picking out outfits. The descriptions were incredibly accurate, and the quality was top-notch. The customer service was always super friendly and efficient, and they really paid attention to detail. I loved spending time browsing their website and treating myself to new buys. And now it's all gone. I don't know what I'm going to do without them. I really hope they make a comeback very soon, because I miss them a lot 😭😭😭

I was impressed by this website at first - it had a really easy-to-use layout and the products looked great. But, I had a bit of a nightmare with the deliveries. The first order I placed disappeared for a while, even though I was given a specific delivery date - turns out it got cancelled out of the blue. Then, with the second order, I paid extra to get it the next day but it actually took a whole week to turn up. I was really disappointed by their delivery service, it just felt like a waste of money. I was expecting better from such a well-known company - they should have been more communicative and better at keeping to their promises.
MiuMiu sunglasses purchase
I recently used Lampoo for the first time and was a bit unsure at the start. I bought a pair of MiuMiu sunglasses, which turned out to be exactly as described and looked brand new. They arrived nicely packaged in Lampoo paper with their original boxes. The delivery to the UK through DHL only took 1 week from the order date, and it came from Italy without any extra customs charges. Overall, it was a fantastic experience and I wouldn't think twice about shopping on the site again!

Issue with returns
Recently I had a terrible experience with a company that proved to be a scam. Six months back, I asked to return my new designer boots and sunglasses to the company. Instead of dealing with my return in a timely manner, they kept stalling and making up excuses. It was only when I threatened legal action that they suddenly couldn't find my items, offering me a ridiculous amount in return for my expensive stuff. It became clear they were actually stealing from people and pretending the items were lost. Now, unsurprisingly, they've shut down. This kind of disgraceful behaviour cannot be allowed to go unchecked, and I encourage anyone affected to take legal action against this deceitful company.

I recently stumbled upon this fantastic store with a really great team who are super friendly and offer really good prices on designer brands. It's now my favourite place to find luxurious second-hand items. I definitely suggest checking it out if you're looking for quality without spending a fortune.
Consignment of expensive items
Back in December, I decided to consign 6 of my expensive items with Lampoo to make some extra cash. But my experience has been a nightmare. It took them until February to list my items online, and I've only sold 2 items since then. The real problem started when I tried to follow up on the payment for those sold items. They didn't respond to my emails, the phone line was dead, and the store was mysteriously closed. It seems like they're avoiding me on purpose, hoping I'll forget about my consigned items. Well, I won't. If I don't get a clear and prompt response about the status of my items and when I'll receive them back, I'll get my lawyer involved. Lampoo, sort yourselves out before you end up in legal trouble.
Bluetooth speaker
I am really disappointed with the service I got from Lampoo. To start with, even though the store was closed, I wasn't asked if I wanted to collect my things and they were sent to a different place without me agreeing to it. On top of that, I've been trying to send back an item since January 17th, but I've had a load of problems. They haven't given me a reference number or any tracking details, and the UK contact number doesn't seem to work. In general, Lampoo's lack of communication and unprofessional behaviour has made me very unhappy.
Unlawful storage
I've been trying to sort things out with Lampoo for a few months, and to be honest, it's been a total disaster. I bought some stuff from them, but I've been having a really hard time getting it back. Whenever I get in touch with Lampoo, they just give me sketchy answers and make promises about my items that never come true.

I recently bought some items and I was really pleased with them. They were exactly as described and arrived well packaged. The delivery was quick, only taking a week to get to the UK. I had a good experience with their customer service too when I had a question. I'm really happy with my purchase and the service I received.
