Have ordered quite a few items from LA since discovering them whilst looking for a tuxedo dress in Nov/Dec. I’m quite surprised by some of the reviews as I have found the quality & fit of the dresses to be fantastic.
Delivery is really quick too.
But, I do wish there was just a return label supplied so I could go to the post office- as I have no printer, I have to go to Asda to return & their machine is always broken. This is the same process as some other online clothing companies & is FREE, so it’s still pretty good.
Refunds are a little slow, but to be fair it was Xmas & the return service to them does seem to take time.

Returned £400 worth of clothes 12 days ago and Royal Mail confirms the company signed for the items 11 days ago. Still no refund. Very quick to ship, deathly slow to refund. Returns process is awkward and includes printing off labels inside the Post Office. No click and collect options or drop off. Just inconvenient in this day and age. Was promised my refund would be made today but apparently their “return systems are down” so now it’s tonbe paid tomorrow....Let’s see. I spend thousands a year online but will never use this site again.
Ordered 2 on separate orders in different sizes. Sent the bigger one back on 4th July and had notification they had received my dress back at their warehouse on 10th. Has been almost 10 working days and still nothing to say I am receiving a refund and still haven’t had my money back! £45 I am still out of pocket as well as £5 to return it! Rediculous. Will not be shopping here again which is a shame as I do like some of their items
My order arrived next day which was great. The only NEGATIVE is the fact that after ordering goods worth over 250 and didn't like 3 of the items. I had to pay to return them.!!! I think should be free to return goods after spending quite a bit.. I have to think twice about ordering next time incase I have returns coz there will always be either size smaller/bigger or refund.
returned the item 4 weeks ago received an email to say they have received my return items but 3 weeks later STILL no refund, after emails sent no longer receiving replies just automated responses then nothing else, my order number was #120330
Bought many items and live the clothes. Customer service us excellent for dealing with queries however their refund procedure is one if the worst i have come across. Sent item back over 2 weeks ago and still waiting no contact no response to emails they don't answer phones. Spoils the image for this company.
my whole girl gang buys dresses from here, we got amazing deals and offers on branded dresses. also, the delivery is good, no worry about late delivery or something. their specialty- they are always on time!
I wish I could give you one star for your cheap looking poorly made clothes, your expensive return costs and your for ever late responses. I just want my money back for this scam and its been forever. You guys gave me as an apology a 20% off my next purchase but guess what i prefer to throw my money in the garbage. At least I would know where they are.
I am contacting you with regards to a dress that I have attempted to return after waiting nearly one month for the dress to be delivered.
The dress were delivered on the 3rd December. When I received this, it didn’t fit. I followed the process online to return my item. I have chosen which store to return my dress back to. The postcode doesn’t exist and unfortunately nobody in the area has heard of the store.
I have attempted to chose another store however, this hasn’t been possible. I would suggest you reviewing your processes that you currently have In place to make it more simple for your customers and charging a fee of £5.00 to return the item isn’t great.
Could you please advise me on how to chose an alternative store to return my item back to you. I think it’s my duty to inform other people via twitter about buying off of your website and how difficult it is to return an item.
Emailed to find out where my credit was for goods. Has taken them 14 days to let me know would be receiving credit note even though they were sent back after 11 days. Think Watchdog need to be aware of this policy.
