impressed with customer service
I was so impressed with the customer service I got from this company. As soon as I emailed them, they replied really quickly and answered all my questions. Their professionalism and attention to detail really made them stand out. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who wants great customer service.
Recent online clothing purchase
I just wanted to share with you all about my recent online clothing shopping experience - it was a total disaster. The item I bought never showed up, even though it said it was delivered. I was so angry and just about ready to give up. But then, the customer service team stepped in and totally saved the day. They were really fast in getting back to me and gave me a few options to fix things. I have to say Jordan and Ellen were amazing and really turned things around for me - they were absolute stars.
Pre-order dress, delay, excellent customer service
I ordered a dress on pre-sale from this shop not long ago. The dress ended up being 7 days late which was a bit of a bummer. I decided to drop customer service an email and to my surprise, they got back to me within an hour. The person I spoke to confirmed that my dress was on its way and said sorry for the hold-up. There was a bit of trouble with the courier too, but the customer service team at this store really pulled out all the stops to sort it out.
Wedding dress purchase
I recently bought a dress from this store to wear to a wedding, but I've been really let down by the whole thing. I waited for over a month for my order to arrive, and when I eventually got in touch to ask where it was, I was told that it had been cancelled because it hadn't been scanned by the courier - a real warning sign. I said it was fine to cancel it and asked for my £129.99 back. They told me the refund had been done, but I still haven't received it, even after chasing them up a few times. It's so annoying that customer service isn't getting back to me and sorting this out quickly. The lack of communication and missing refund has left me feeling really let down by this whole shopping experience.

I recently got some really nice dresses from this company. The quality of the dresses was top-notch, and I didn't have any problems with the dresses themselves. But, getting a refund wasn't the best experience. I ended up waiting almost a month for the refund to go through, which made me a bit wary of buying from them again. I had to speak to customer service twice before they finally processed my refund. Although I have to say, customer service was pretty quick to respond and they did eventually sort out my refund after my second request, 14 working days after they received the item back. It seems like delays in refunds are a common issue, going by other reviews I've seen. Despite the lovely dresses, the prices being high and the slow refund process have made me think twice about ordering from them again.
Gorgeous quality items
The bits I bought from this shop were really lovely. They were top-notch quality and I got loads of nice comments when I wore them. I ended up ordering a few different things so I could pick the best one and send the rest back. I have to say, I liked all of them and had a hard time choosing which to keep.
Dress with slow response but made up for it
Initially, it took them ages to get back to me when I asked about my dress. I was getting a bit frustrated, but then they finally replied really quickly and even gave me a discount as an apology. It just proves that old saying, treat others as you'd like to be treated!

I bought a beautiful dress from the store recently, but unfortunately had to return it because it was delivered to a neighbour, making me miss the return deadline by 24 hours.
