because the company changed hands they said they couldn’t refund me. Annoying, but they sent clear instructions to claim it back through my bank and I’m in the middle of that now. Still, I’ll buy again — the fit and finish are brilliant and support was actually helpful.
Not worth the hassle
avoid. I spotted them on Instagram after a mate sent the link, and bought a dress. I returned the too-big one and reordered a smaller size on 13 January 2023. More than a month on, no replies to emails or calls, no dress and no refund — I paid about €160 for the dress plus roughly €30 postage. Not dramatic, but annoying, feels like being ignored.
That moment it fit
It only really clicked for me when I tried the dress on at home—everything just sat where it should, no weird pulling at the shoulders, and I could actually move without tugging at it every five minutes. I needed something for a work do after a couple of awful online buys (fit all over the place), so that actually mattered. The fabric feels solid, not flimsy, and delivery turned up quicker than I expected. I had to email about a return and the adviser responded properly quickly and sorted it with no fuss. Quietly impressed.

This time two were too big and I only noticed after what I thought was a 28‑day window; actually it’s 14 days and I’d missed it because of some personal stuff. I emailed explaining the situation and, to my surprise, support agreed to a full refund. Delivery had been prompt both for the original order and the return label, which helped. Compared with other retailers who ignore you, this felt refreshingly practical and fair.
Sorted and relieved
Really pleased — their support sorted everything out, so I'd say buy from them without worrying. There was a mix-up with what arrived, and I rang customer service to get it fixed. Rachael dealt with it and honestly went above and beyond; she was professional, polite and quick, and kept updating me while things were being sorted. I felt quite relieved, and it made the whole thing so much easier than I expected. I'm keen to get the dress now and would happily order again. Recent online clothing purchase
I just wanted to share with you all about my recent online clothing shopping experience - it was a total disaster. The item I bought never showed up, even though it said it was delivered. I recently bought a dress from this store to wear to a wedding, but I've been really let down by the whole thing. Gorgeous quality items
The bits I bought from this shop were really lovely. They were top-notch quality and I got loads of nice comments when I wore them. I ended up ordering a few different things so I could pick the best one and send the rest back. I have to say, I liked all of them and had a hard time choosing which to keep.
Dress with slow response but made up for it

I bought a beautiful dress from the store recently, but unfortunately had to return it because it was delivered to a neighbour, making me miss the return deadline by 24 hours.
