colours still bright, fit exactly like the photos, and the stitching actually looks proper. It's about 16-ish momme, so not flimsy. If you’re curvy like me, do size up — the top turns into proper oversized cuddles, and cosy too, really, I might take the sides in later, we'll see. Delivery was fine, packaging neat but could use less plastic. Small quibbles, mostly happy.
Nearly put off — glad I didn't
neat seams, good weight of fabric, sizes fit me. Each piece came in its own little box which was nice. Not flawless — one top had a small crease and delivery could be quicker — but overall I'm pleased and I'll wait for the pyjamas in the second parcel.
Wrong size, then relief
I remember flopping down on the sofa and opening the parcel, thinking 'uh-oh'. It was supposed to be the same size I'd had before, but it was clearly bigger. Sleeve gave up after one morning

Silk? It was wool. After that it was the same line about a 14‑day return period over and over, even when I explained I wasn't asking for a simple return. I sent photos, chased them, wasted time on long replies. The jumper itself is fine to the touch but unreliable; I'm disappointed and won't order from them again.
A parcel with a quiet secret
I opened the parcel thinking, great — silk at last, then realised one of the shirts was missing. Ordered two silk shirts and some underwear from the US on 2 August (from the website) — parcel arrived from China, which they didn't mention anywhere. The box was neat, tape intact, everything looked proper, so the funny part is either they only put one shirt in, or something happened before packing. No invoice, no packing slip, nothing to check against — just a blank feeling. I buy silk elsewhere and normally you get a little note and everything matches; here I'm left waiting, annoyed, and having to chase customer care. I emailed them; fingers crossed they'll sort it (I will update if they do). The shirts are pricey, so it's irritating to be missing one and to possibly wait another fortnight. Not a disaster yet, but poor transparency and the missing item are the main issues. I'm annoyed but still hopeful — it's the customer care response that will make or break this for me.

Blouse with deep creases
I was really disappointed when I got my blouse because it had deep creases all over it. Even though I followed the washing instructions, the fabric was still super wrinkled, so I had to get it professionally pressed before I could wear it. I think the fabric being thick didn't help, as maybe a thinner fabric would have come out better after washing.
