Silk bedding purchase
I've bought silk bedding from this company quite a few times now and honestly, I couldn't be happier with both the quality of the products and the service. Blouse with deep creases
I was really disappointed when I got my blouse because it had deep creases all over it. Even though I followed the washing instructions, the fabric was still super wrinkled, so I had to get it professionally pressed before I could wear it. I think the fabric being thick didn't help, as maybe a thinner fabric would have come out better after washing.
Silk sheets purchase

I was really pleased when they fixed the issue in just over 12 hours, and the person I dealt with was really helpful and polite. Silk bedsheet purchase
I bought a silk bedsheet from this company, but it turned out to be rubbish quality. After using it for only 4 to 5 months, the fabric started to look really bad and fall apart. The customer service wasn't great either - all they said was to wear socks in bed to stop it from getting worse. The small refund they gave me didn't make up for how disappointed I was with the product. Overall, I had a really bad experience with this purchase and I wouldn't suggest it to anyone else.

The only issue I have is with the fit. I had it custom-made because I'm bigger on top than on the bottom, but the bottoms turned out to be much too high-waisted for my liking - they're almost up to my chest! I recently bought 3 silk shirts and 2 silk doonas, and I'm really pleased with them all. The quality is top-notch, especially the superking size 100% silk doonas, which are perfect for winter. I've shopped with this retailer before and always been happy with their products and service. However, I didn't sign up for their mailing list, but somehow ended up on it. They send me about 4 emails a day, which is a bit much and starting to annoy me. I think they should cut it down to just once a week to not overwhelm their customers.
