Thin and flimsy bonnet
I bought a bonnet from here and sadly it didn't live up to expectations. It felt a bit cheap and flimsy compared to other sleeping caps I've used before. I actually found a similar one on another website for a much lower price, and it was better quality in terms of thickness of material.
Silk pillowcase purchase
I bought a silk pillowcase from this company not long ago, but when it arrived, it was damaged. I got in touch with their customer service team, and a lovely lady called Summer helped me out. She was really good at sorting out the return of the damaged item and made sure a new one was sent to me quickly. I was really pleased with the efficient and professional service I got from the customer service team.
Item not received
I ordered something from this company ages ago and it still hasn't arrived. When I contacted customer service, they couldn't give me a clear answer on when it would be delivered. And now, they're not even responding to my messages because they're so busy. I'm beginning to question if this company is even legit.
Silk bonnet purchase
I bought a silk bonnet from this brand thinking it would be super luxurious for my hair. But when it arrived, I was let down to see that the inside wasn't silk at all – it was more of a matte material that felt nothing like silk. For the money I spent, I was really surprised by the lack of quality.
Thin pillowcase for frizzy hair
I recently bought a silk pillowcase from this company because I thought it might help with the frizz in my wavy hair. Unfortunately, I was a bit let down by how thin the pillowcase was, especially for the amount I paid. I've been using it for a few weeks now, but I haven't noticed much of a difference in the quality of my hair. I'm not sure yet if I want to return it during the 100-day trial period.
