I've been really impressed with the silk, cashmere, and merino wool products I've bought from this company. They're so beautifully made, with such attention to detail, and the fabrics feel absolutely luxurious. Whenever I've needed help, the customer support team have been great - Apple, in particular, really went the extra mile to make sure my personalised requests were taken care of, which made the whole ordering process super easy. Dress too small
The dress I ordered was too small for me because the US sizes didn't match up with the Australian ones like they said it would. But at least I didn't have to pay for shipping to send it back!

I'm really happy with the silk top I bought recently. The website didn't have loads of stuff, but it helped me find exactly what I was looking for. I was chuffed to see there was a sale on when I ordered, which made it even more of a bargain. The silk top feels so luxurious and soft, it's my first time buying silk and I'm amazed at how comfy it is on my skin.
Custom silk pyjama set order
I bought a personalised silk pyjama set not long ago and, on the whole, I'm quite pleased with it. The fabric, the colour, and the style all meet my expectations. The only issue I have is with the fit. I had it custom-made because I'm bigger on top than on the bottom, but the bottoms turned out to be much too high-waisted for my liking - they're almost up to my chest! This wasn't what I had in mind when I chose the mid-rise option. Despite my love for the set, I'm now worried I can't return it as it was specifically made for me.

3 silk shirts and 2 silk doonas
I recently bought 3 silk shirts and 2 silk doonas, and I'm really pleased with them all. The quality is top-notch, especially the superking size 100% silk doonas, which are perfect for winter. I've shopped with this retailer before and always been happy with their products and service. However, I didn't sign up for their mailing list, but somehow ended up on it. They send me about 4 emails a day, which is a bit much and starting to annoy me. I think they should cut it down to just once a week to not overwhelm their customers.

And now, they're not even responding to my messages because they're so busy. I'm beginning to question if this company is even legit.

I absolutely love the silk pajamas I bought from this place, they are amazing! They feel so soft against my skin and they look really fancy as well. There was a little mix-up with the colour at first, but the customer service team were incredibly helpful and sorted it out for me straight away. The delivery did take some time, but I suppose that's to be expected when it's coming from a distance. However, it was definitely worth the wait because these PJs are fantastic!

They were actually many in the market but without the one made of the material I love. I lost hope and thought I was going to travel without the sweater. I placed order and days later, it was delivered to me. I was so happy. All my sweaters and pyjamas are now bought from LilySilk.
