Sandals purchase
I'm over the moon with my first purchase from this place. I'd never bought anything here before, but I'm so pleased I gave it a go. The service was fantastic, and my order turned up bang on time. The sandals I got were not only really pretty, but also so comfy. I'm looking forward to shopping here again.
My trainers order
Why are my trainers taking ages to arrive? I ordered them weeks ago and they still haven't turned up. I even messaged the company about it, but I've still got no trainers. They need to sort it out!
Sabina mule - Stylish, loved the sandal but too wide
The Sabina mule was so gorgeous and chic, I was smitten as soon as I saw it. But when it arrived, I was let down to see that it was too wide for my feet. Thankfully, the returns process was simple and hassle-free, which was a weight off my shoulders. Even though I had this hiccup, I'm thinking about ordering again because the options are just too good to resist. This brand really shines when it comes to style and customer service.
Pink sandals
I was feeling a bit nervous about ordering from this place because I've never done it before, but oh my goodness, it arrived so fast! I placed my order on the 20th of May and they were actually delivered to my door on the 22nd. I was seriously impressed! Then, when I opened the box, my new pink sandals were right there in front of me and I was absolutely thrilled. I can't wait to show them off, so excited!
Sandals purchase

Harri navy suede heel purchase
I recently bought the Harri navy suede heel from this shop, but it didn't work out for me. What's more, I found out that I couldn't send it back, even though there was no clear 'no return' policy. The item wasn't marked as a 'final outlet' purchase, so I felt let down and annoyed by the whole situation.
Sandals in 2 colours
I have picked up these incredibly comfy sandals in two different colours, and now I am seriously considering getting them in every single colour available. They are absolutely fabulous! The delivery was really fast, and they arrived beautifully packaged. There is honestly nothing not to love about them. Definitely a 5-star purchase!!!
Shoe purchase
I bought three pairs of shoes from your website not long ago. Ordering them was really easy and I thought the communication was great. The shoes arrived on time and were wrapped up nicely. I had to send back one pair because it was too big, but getting my refund was quick and smooth. All in all, I had a really good shopping experience with you and would definitely think about getting more stuff from your site in the future.
2 pairs of sandals, 1 returned
I bought a couple of pairs of sandals, but turns out I didn't like one of them so I took it back on the same day. It's been a week now and I still haven't received my refund. I'm not best pleased with how slow the service is and they didn't even tell me about the £2.99 return charge when I bought them. I'm not really sure if I'd shop here again.
Sandals in black
I absolutely adore these black sandals, they are just what I needed for my summer outfits. The colour is so stylish, they fit like a dream, and the price I paid was spot on! Ordering them was so easy, they arrived in no time at all, and I'll definitely be buying from them again.
Shoes order delay
I've had an awful time dealing with the customer service at this shop. I sent them an email asking about my order, but all I got back was a brief, unhelpful reply. I bought some shoes for the weekend, and it's been more than 5 days now with no sign of them being sent out. I've tried contacting them through email and social media, but I haven't got any useful information in return.
Sandals with delicate straps
The straps on these sandals are quite delicate, so you need to be careful when putting them on. They may not be the best quality, but they still look good. Even though they might not feel top-notch, for the price, these sandals are a great choice.
Sandal credit note
I got a credit note from the company for my sandals that broke after wearing them for a while. The Customer Service at this company is really top-notch. Sadly, the wedges I liked were out of stock. The ankle strap had been altered to a tighter, fixed style which didn't quite work for me. I'm hoping they'll bring back the original more comfy, elastic ankle strap design. Nonetheless, I did find another pair that was a good replacement, so it wasn't all bad.
Gorgeous shoes, excellent value, half size needed
I really loved the beautiful shoes I bought, but I have to say it would be great if they could offer half sizes for people with tricky feet like mine. The shoes were great value for money, but I was a bit disappointed that I couldn't find the ideal fit. It's a shame because the shoes were really lovely and worth buying if they had fitted better. I hope they think about adding more sizes in the future to appeal to more people.
Wide-fit shoes for wedding
I have to say, I was really pleased with how my shopping turned out. The wide-fit shoes I bought for the wedding were exactly what I wanted, and it was nice that they didn't cost too much. I actually ended up buying two pairs because I couldn't make up my mind on which one I preferred, and wasn't sure if I needed the wide fit, but I went for both in the end. The delivery was speedy, which was a relief as I needed them for the event. All in all, I'm really happy with what I bought.
Comfortable shoes

I recently bought a pair of cream platform trainers with a side zip from this shop, and I have to say, I really love them! They're such good quality and definitely worth the price. Cute boots I got from that shoe place
I purchased these boots that resemble Uggs but they're not the real deal. They are really cute, fit perfectly, and they keep my feet incredibly warm! The staff at the shop were really friendly and chatted with me a lot about the boots. I would definitely shop there again, especially if they stock more adorable boots like these!
Block heeled sandals, beautiful packaging
I've just bought a lovely pair of block heeled sandals online and I have to say, I'm really happy with them. They look just as good as they did on the website and they fit perfectly. Not to mention, they are really comfortable too. But what really impressed me was the packaging - it was clear that a lot of care went into making sure the shoes arrived in great condition.
