Black patent boots
I bought a beautiful black patent chunky boots, the order and delivery was good and easy but the costumer service not really!!
I love black patent shoes/boots and have a few of them and this boots looked very nice... but the quality isn’t good... after used it twice.... around the crease (which is normal to happen where the foot folds) it was full of little cracks!!!!!
After contact the costumer service, sending photos and everything... they said it’s normal and can’t do nothing!!! And “We do not deem the shoes as faulty”!!!
I know this kind of material shoes, the crease, yes it’s normal... but not the cracks all around the crease..... special with 2 days of use!!!Wow collection
Well I am a student and always try to find brands with discount.
Linzi had offers for us and got 10%on total sale.
Sliders, long boot and one sandle received at hone after booking of 3 days.
Quality is not issue but they took three days to deliver?
No other issues, packing was fantastic and back up team of Linzi is good, no doubt their cooperative attitude cool me .Chic shoes
Bought shoes 2 months ago, worn about a dozen times and sole had split. Contacted them for replacement or refund and was told they were well worn so nothing could be done. Reiterated length of time worn, when these were bought and that I also work inside to be given the reply again that they are definitely well worn. Seems the norm with this place when reading reviews now.....shoddy shoes and shoddy service
