Phone cases
I have to admit, I was feeling a bit anxious when I ordered 5 phone cases at first, but I was really pleased with how it all turned out. I needed to make a design change, and I got a new proof back quickly with no issues at all. The cases showed up just 3 days later, and they were even better than I expected. They're sturdy, good quality, and they fit the phones perfectly. I have to say, I'm really impressed with both the product and the service provided by the company. I've just got my cases in black and jade marble from this store and they're absolutely fantastic! The design is lovely and the quality is top-notch. There's loads of space inside and they feel really strong. Can't wait to take them with me on my trip to Iceland.

My phone case has taken ages to arrive, and they haven't even made it yet! I thought I was supporting a nice little British business, but turns out it's a scam. I reckon it's better to just get one off eBay, much cheaper that way.

Overpriced case, zip broke
I had a terrible experience with this company. I bought a really expensive case, but the zip broke the first time I used it. I contacted customer service with a video showing the poor quality, but they blamed me instead of helping. It's crazy to spend over £100 on something you can only use once.

I recently ordered a phone cover, thinking it was for an iPhone 15 Pro. However, it was actually for a Pro Max. I emailed the company, explaining my mistake, and they kindly sent me the correct cover without any additional charge. Delayed delivery, unhelpful customer service
I recently bought something from this company and I was really disappointed with the whole experience. I ordered my item on the bank holiday weekend with the delivery expected between the 7th and 9th. Worried about the holiday affecting delivery, I got in touch with customer service for some answers. They were quite stubborn and sharp in their replies, just telling me my order would definitely arrive by the 9th but not offering any way to track it. However, when the 9th came around, I hadn't heard anything from the delivery service as promised. When I asked about it, they told me there was a delay because of the high number of orders and the recent holiday. This mixed information made me feel really frustrated and let down. I think it's so important for companies to be honest with their customers and manage their expectations properly.
