Suitcases for the kids
I ordered three personalised suitcases for the kids and they are absolutely fantastic! The bags are really good quality and arrived in perfect condition. The kids were over the moon when they got their bags, they've been using them non-stop. I'll definitely be ordering from here again!
Phone case purchase
I recently got a new phone case and it's amazing! I can personalise it with my own photos. The staff were really helpful in finding the perfect size for me. The case is really sturdy and has some pockets inside for my headphones and other bits. The only downside was tracking my order - they asked me to download an app that I didn't want.
Case purchase, customer service, broken zip
I bought a case from Live X Maintain, but it broke after just one time using it. So I got in touch with customer service, and to my disappointment, they tried to say that it was my daughter's fault. The zip on the case has clearly busted in a few spots, so it's no good now. I'd forked out nearly 400 quid on cases from this lot, so the unhelpful service was really annoying. I asked for a contact number to talk to someone in person, but they said they only do emails.
Phone case
Every time I or my partner get a new phone we buy a Live x Mainten case. I can confidently say we have pribab spent nearly £200 with them in the last few years between our person and work devices.
I bought a £25 phone case 7-8 months ago and the side is now coming away from the back. Not what I expect when paying a premium for a case.
I emailed them and was advised that faults can only be addressed if reported within 7 days - so essentially there's no sort of quality guarantee after a week.
I was offered a 20% discount off of a new case but given there's already a 15% off promo on the site currently, and given I can get a cheap case off of Amazon for £5 (of which I've bought before and they're still going strong..) I won't be rebuying.
