LN-CC stands for Late Night Chameleon Café, and like a chameleon, it is hard to find. There’s no sign, and you can only come in by appointment. A lot of thought has been put into LN-CC’s concept store, and walking through the store is by itself quite the experience: the interior was nominated for a design award.
One of LN-CC’s co-founders is Dan Mitchell. He has said to the Telegraph that he supports young designer and that he has many local East London customers. With a beautiful concept, the unconvential customized shopping is great experience
Before I praise the customized clothing, I would take a stand to applaud the concept alone. IT is kind of secret cafe with no marking, landmarks and all. it is so tough to find and just walk in the store, so only appintment heps to get in.and the store is beautiful I really love the unconventional way of shopping and getting tailor-made dresses with appointment it feel lavish as well. kudos to LN CC
ORDERING: Site’s IT seem not great, gave me a promo code, but had to get customer service to manually do up the order at the background. DELIVERING: order was paid for duties n taxes, but during delivery order got stuck at UPS for weeks because duties&taxes weren’t paid AND labeled for ups to bill the customer, took so many emails to sort it out! SERVICE: Terrible!!! Only shopped with them a few times, customer service is just not there! Made a return for the first time recently, confirmed in email what the refund would be and all before made the return. After them processing the return, refund came back not as confirmed, obviously less than expected. No explanation nor apology, upon querying, simply ignored previous confirmation and telling you how this particular return is RE-calculated, obviously some weird way in their favor, and was never advised or written in policy anywhere! With plenty online stores out there, this kind of service standard is simply not acceptable! Would not recommend, go shop elsewhere!
