Wardrobe refresh
I recently bought some clothes online to spruce up my wardrobe a bit. I was really impressed with the range of items they had - stuff I couldn't find anywhere else. The website was easy to use, and the product descriptions were really helpful. My order came quickly and was packaged well. I did have to send something back because it didn't fit, but the returns process was simple and easy. Overall, I'm really happy with how everything went.
Gentle Monster sunglasses
I bought these awesome sunglasses, but they didn't come with all the stuff they were meant to have. I mean, where's the authentication card and the case and all that? It's not cool, dude. I even spoke to customer service about it, and they were just like "everything was definitely sent." Yeah, sure.
Awesome stuff
Oh my goodness, I got some amazing things from LN-CC! Ordering was really simple, but I had a bit of trouble with the returns. I had to give them a ring to get everything sorted, and even then, the delivery drivers didn't show up when they were supposed to.
Rain Jacket Purchase
This was my first time ordering from LN-CC, and I've got to say, it was a bit disappointing. I was really looking forward to getting my hands on a rain jacket I bought, but when it turned up, it had this really awful smell to it, like animal pee or something. I tried to air it out for a few days, but that smell just won't budge, and it's not exactly pleasant. I reached out to customer service about it, and they asked me for pictures twice, but I haven't really got much help or a clear explanation on how to sort it out yet. This whole situation has made me doubt the quality check and customer service over at LN-CC, and honestly, I'm not feeling too great about making any more purchases from them in the future.
Designer items at competitive prices
I was really impressed by how quickly my order from LN-CC arrived. They've got loads of top designer brands on their website at really good prices, so you can treat yourself without spending a fortune. Ordering was easy peasy and the customer service team were super friendly and helpful with any questions I had. All in all, I had a fab shopping experience and I'll definitely be going back to LN-CC next time I want to splash out on something special. Cheers!
Order cancelled with no good reason
I recently ordered something from this website, but they cancelled it all of a sudden. Seriously, how annoying is that? I was really looking forward to receiving my first order, and now I'm just so let down. This website is definitely not cool.
Jumper in different colour
I normally buy my clothes straight from a certain brand, but when they didn't have the jumper I wanted in the right size, I thought I'd give another website a go. I found LN-CC and was a bit worried at first about whether the stuff they sell is genuine. But, when I got the jumper, I could see it's definitely real because I already have the same one in a different colour. If I ever need to, I wouldn't think twice about ordering from LN-CC again. The delivery did take a bit longer than I thought, but it wasn't a big deal for me.
Early arrival
I'm really happy that the thing I bought came sooner than I thought, especially after all the problems LN-CC had before that made them cancel my last order. It's great to see they're getting better and I hope they keep it up in the future.
Defective Bag Purchase
I bought a bag from LN-CC not too long ago, and honestly, it's been a nightmare. As soon as I opened it, the zip broke, so now I can't even use it. I got in touch with customer service straight away, hoping they'd sort it out fast, but all I've had back is empty promises and delays. It's been a whole month now, and still no solution. The lack of communication and progress is really getting to me - I feel like I've been tricked.
Small order, wanted bigger size
My first experience at that place was really disappointing. I asked for a larger size, but they wouldn't provide me with a new code. I had to go to a different place to get what I was looking for.
New clothes
I absolutely adore shopping on the LN-CC website - they have such a fantastic selection of clothes to pick from. I always find myself wanting to go back for more, it's like a fashion lover's dream come true. The delivery was decent too, couldn't really fault it.
Clothing items
My experience with LN-CC was brilliant. It was my second time using them, and I was really impressed once again. The clothes I bought were packaged nicely and arrived in perfect condition. The prices were fair, and I liked that all import duties were included, so I didn't have to worry about customs problems. They kept me updated on my order during shipping, which made the whole experience even better. I would definitely recommend their service to others.

I absolutely love the decorative plate I bought for my kitchen island - it's a real showstopper! The craftsmanship and beauty of it are just perfect and add a touch of elegance to my kitchen. I'm so pleased with my purchase!
Order delay
I bought something from LN-CC recently, but I'm really unhappy with the service I've received. I placed my order more than a week ago and it still hasn't been shipped. I think this delay is not good enough, especially because I paid $15USD for shipping. Other online shops like Farfetch, Ssense, Mr. Porter, and Cettire are much better at customer service and quicker with deliveries. I'm really annoyed about the lack of communication and slow service from LN-CC. If my item doesn't get shipped soon, I won't be using this website again.
Jacket purchase
I bought a jacket from LN-CC and I have to say, I was really impressed. The ordering process was easy peasy and the service was top-notch. The price I paid was definitely fair considering the quality of the jacket I got. The delivery was super quick and the jacket arrived in mint condition. Overall, I was really happy with my purchase, but I reckon the app could do with a few tweaks to make it even better for shopping.
Damaged bag
I was really let down by the bag I got from LN-CC recently. It came with scratches and damages, which was a real shame. I couldn't even be bothered to send it back or ask for a different one because I needed it for a special event. I was surprised that such an expensive item could arrive in such a state, considering how much I shelled out for it. You'd think that when you're paying that much, you'd get something pristine and flawless. Stores need to bear in mind that customers put in a lot of effort to earn their money and they deserve top-notch products in exchange.
Unique bag purchase, hardware issue
I recently bought this really cool bag from LN-CC, but unfortunately, I had some issues with the hardware after using it only a few times. When I got in touch with the brand, they were not very helpful at all, and kind of blamed me for the problem without offering any solutions. Feeling frustrated, I reached out to LN-CC for help, and I was pleasantly surprised by their response. They really went out of their way to contact the brand on my behalf and arrange for the repair. Throughout the whole process, LN-CC's customer service was amazing, providing me with support and guidance every step of the way. It was great to see a retailer that genuinely cares about its customers and is willing to do whatever it takes to make sure they're happy. Thanks a lot, LN-CC, for restoring my faith in top-notch customer service.
Shoes on sale
I was thrilled to find the shoes I'd been after on sale here. They were MM6 and arrived really quickly, just a few days after I ordered them. Huge thanks for the top-notch service LN-CC!
On-line order
They are the WORST online retailer i have EVER used. The customer service is awful! and they take a ridiculously long time to post an order after ordering it, and paying extra for express! They are useless.
2 Items of clothing
I would really like to give ln-cc 0 if it was possible - placed an order on the 16th July and paid extra £15 for express next day delivery - I fully understand that I placed the order on a Sunday and that Monday would be considered day 1 so I should have received my parcel by Wednesday - even today at the latest but having spoken to some rude customer service representative on 18th July I was informed it would probably be at least another 3 days and that if I wanted a refund for the express delivery I would have to email in and they would consider my request - What a coincidence that the same day I received an email that said sadly due to a high amount of orders my parcel would be delayed even longer - There was nothing on the email to suggest how long it would be just sometime in the never never.
People you can order the same clothing for the same price elsewhere and get you parcel when promised. Anyone would think that high order numbers are something unheard of - I guess everyone else would be happy to be in that situation giving the best service possible to retain customers
