Shoes
The customer service in this shop is just brilliant. I've had to return things before, and every time they've been really quick at getting back to me. It's nice because it feels like they pay attention to me as an individual and sort things out fast, which isn't something you always get when you're shopping online. And, on top of that, the shoes I bought are really high quality.
Serena Loafers
I bought the Serena Loafers from an online shop not long ago, and I have to admit they're really fashionable and comfy shoes. Bit of a let down though, one of them has a squeaky sole, which is rather irritating when you're out for a stroll. Even with that problem, I do still like how well-made and stylish the shoes are.
Leather shoes
I bought a pair of leather shoes from this shop, but I was really disappointed with the quality. After wearing them just a few times, the leather started to wear out quickly and the whole shoe got damaged. It's frustrating, especially considering how much I paid for them.
Best purchase in ages
Miista is just top quality when it comes to clothing and shoes, you know? Each item I've bought from them has totally blown me away with how stylish and long-lasting they are. If you want to really make a statement and invest in long-lasting pieces, Miista is the place to go. I absolutely adore Miista!
Marlene boots
The Marlene boots have caught my eye for a while now, and I finally took the plunge and bought them. What drew me to them was their 90's style and the fact that I can wear them with lots of different outfits. I was a bit unsure about their no returns policy, but I went for it anyway, and I'm glad I did. The staff in the store were really friendly and gave me lots of information about the boots. The quality of the boots is really good, but they do need some wearing in, which I'm still working on. Despite that, they're comfy to wear, and I've already had a few compliments on them. I don't regret buying them at all and I'm excited to wear them as a regular part of my wardrobe.
Misleading Sizing
I bought a pair of shoes from this company not long ago, and honestly, it was a letdown. The size stated online was way off, and when I got in touch with customer service to swap them, they flat out said no. They claimed that wearing the shoes indoors for just 5 minutes meant I couldn't return them. How else are you meant to check if they fit right? This has definitely been my worst online shopping experience ever.
Comfortable shoes after breaking in
The shoes were a bit uncomfortable on the first long walk but they got really comfy after that. They fit perfectly and I really like the style. They do scuff more easily than my old boots, but I think it adds character.
Oversized boots purchase
I recently bought a pair of boots that I really love, but they turned out to be too big so I needed a different size. Unfortunately, I couldn't exchange them because of your returns policy. I got them during the Black Friday Sale as a Christmas present from my daughter, so we thought the extended returns policy would make it easy to swap them. It was disappointing to find out that wasn't the case, especially considering we're loyal customers who have bought multiple pairs from your brand. I think a gesture of goodwill, like allowing an exchange in this situation, would have really helped keep us satisfied and loyal as customers.
Lucite heel ankle boots
I recently treated myself to a pair of Lucite heel ankle boots from this brand and I have to say, I am over the moon with my purchase! The whole ordering process was a breeze, their website is super easy to navigate and I found exactly what I wanted in no time. When the boots arrived, they were even more gorgeous in real life than I had anticipated. Bought cute boots
I recently bought some really cute boots that I thought were amazing, but oh my goodness, the quality is actually terrible! The heel completely came off after only a month, and the leather above my toes began to crack after just 5 months! How is that fair at all?! Plus, they're not even waterproof anymore, which is really annoying. My friends even warned me that they were going to fall apart, I really wish I had listened to them!
Rosarios boots
I got my 3rd pair of boots today, the Rosarios. I had bought the Danica boots before. I really like how comfortable and well-fitting Miista boots are, they're true to size. I hope they bring out more colours in the same style next winter. I'm a bit late to the Miista party, but now I'm a loyal customer. The communication was great, and the delivery was fast. I have no complaints.
Amazing help in finding the right shoe size
I went on holiday from California to London, and oh my goodness, the girls there were absolutely lovely and helpful! They helped me find the perfect shoe size, which was such a relief because shoe shopping can be really stressful. They were so friendly and made me feel really welcome. I would definitely shop there again if I ever return to London!
Shoes
I bought some shoes online recently and I was proper impressed with the quality and design. They're dead comfy and really stylish. Whenever I wear them, I get loads of compliments. I'll definitely be buying from this brand again down the line.
My boots
My boots were really nice, but the leather on one of them broke after just a few months. I was expecting them to last longer, like my mum's Doc Martens that she's had for years.
Two boots, comfy and stylish
Oh my god, these boots are the best! I've got two pairs and they're my absolute favourites. I wear one pair constantly, especially when it's chilly out. They're really comfy, stylish, and make me feel like a fashion queen. I'm definitely planning on getting more soon!
Helpful service
I popped into a shop in Barcelona recently and I must say, the customer service was top-notch. The lad working there was so helpful and really knew his stuff when it came to picking out the perfect pair of shoes for me. Unfortunately, they didn't have the ones I had my eye on in my size, but he suggested I give them a ring on the day they restocked. Lo and behold, I called up and managed to order them online in no time at all. I've been living in these shoes ever since - they're not just good-looking but super comfy and go with everything.
Belinda brown boots purchase
I went to a shoe shop with my daughter and we were really impressed by the level of service we got. The folks at Miista, especially Misha and Jade, really went out of their way to help us find the right pair of boots. They were super helpful and really knew their stuff, bringing out boots in all sizes and giving us great advice. Misha was especially helpful, giving us detailed explanations and even arranging for a smaller size to be sent to my house. I'm over the moon with my Belinda brown boots and I'm really thankful for the amazing service and top-notch product quality from the team.
Alzira Boots
Terrible customer service. I ordered a pair of boots as a Christmas present for my wife. When she opened them she was frankly disappointed with the quality ... found them very uncomfortable to wear, so I emailed Miista about a return. I was sent a returns label (and told they would charge an admin fee of £15 for a refund!), and I was asked to attach the returns label to the box, which I did, and sent them back. Yesterday I received an email telling me that although the boots have arrived back in perfect condition, the fact that I attached the returns label to the box has meant the box is "damaged" and so they will not accept the return. I have pointed out their instruction in their email to me (they now tell me what they meant is that I should have put the box inside another box, and attached the label to that), and I've even offered to pay for a new box, but they have flatly refused to compromise.
Black leather boots
I recently bought a pair of black leather boots online after thinking about it for a while. The delivery to Canada was really fast, and I was happy with how good the boots were when they arrived. They did need a bit of time to be comfortable, but now they're so comfy. The leather has got even better as I've worn them, getting softer and more flexible. These boots are now a key part of my wardrobe, as they go with almost every outfit I have.
Expensive, designer shoes
The shoes I purchased were really nice and I loved the design straight away. However, the quality wasn't great. I got three different pairs, ranging from £150-300. Unfortunately, the more expensive sandals broke after only one use. Then the other strap broke after the second use, right during a three-day wedding. I swapped them for a new pair because I really liked how they looked, but the same thing happened again. It was really disappointing.
The two slightly cheaper flat shoes didn't last well either. One pair's sole came loose after only 3 months, and the other pair's leather started peeling off after 5 months. Overall, the shoes just didn't match their price at all.
