if you're using it at a second home, try it a few times and report anything early. Bit annoying at first, but overall relieved. Ordering was straightforward originally; I'll likely buy again despite the hiccup.
The one that needed swapping
the middle felt like it was sinking, like someone had left a cave under the mattress. Not what I expected given the price, so I rang them up and was pleasantly surprised — they sent a replacement without any bother. That right there calmed a lot of my nerves about the company, because faults happen and how they're handled matters more than flawless products, I reckon. The second mattress felt solid and well made at first, noticeably firmer and you could tell it was put together properly, no cheap bits. But after a few months it started to feel almost too hard; my shoulders and hips protested and I was waking up stiff, which wasn't great. We tried a foam topper from Amazon to soften the pressure points and for a while that helped — maybe seven months — but then it made the whole thing feel like quicksand and we were sinking rather than sleeping. Took the topper off, gave the mattress a go on its own again and the aches came back, plus headaches some mornings. I tried calling but missed them, then used the online chat and spoke with Timothy. Initially he said the usual line about the 180‑day window, which was annoying, but he went away (I assume spoke to someone) and came back with a proper offer: swap it for a softer option. I asked for his advice — classic or hybrid, given our long history with memory foam — and he steered us to the hybrid. He arranged the exchange, covered the cost difference because the hybrid was cheaper, and didn't charge a restock fee. No faff, no long hold music. So yeah, the mattress itself isn't perfect — the firmness levels were inconsistent for us and the topper experiment was a mixed bag — but the build quality felt good and the aftercare was excellent. I'm still mildly critical about why two mattresses felt so different, but the way the company handled it turned my misgivings around. If you're wary about buying sight unseen, know that they seem to back their product and will actually sort things out if it goes wrong.
