They're a keeper, honestly. I've been wearing them every day — commuting, Zoom calls, dog walks and even when faffing about with my camera — and they just sit there, comfortable, really comfortable, stylish without shouting. The design gives me a bit of a confidence boost (camera-ready, who knew?) and they're solidly made. I was chuffed to be asked to collaborate and would do it again, though not because I like the attention, well, a bit. Honestly, too.
A small returns saga
she walked me through each order, manually set up returns, re-sent invoices and QR codes and made sure the Happy Returns option still worked. That hands-on help took the stress out of it. Minor gripe: the tracking for return bags and clearer expiry reminders would help. Still, it worked in the end. Thanks, Barbara — proper effort.

firmer support where I needed it, softer on the edges, doesn’t make me sweat and actually stays in place. After a week my pain eased enough to notice. The returns side was awkward and a bit stingy, I won’t pretend otherwise, but the product itself did the job. So annoyed at the process, pleased with the result. Would recommend if you need proper back support.
