I'd skip this — not impressed. I first spotted it on Instagram after a mate sent the link and thought it looked alright, so I ordered an XS. Delivery took about eight weeks, I paid import fees and it still arrived two weeks late. The "leather" feels like plastic, the hood and cuffs are faux fur slapped on with glue, and the massive plastic buttons look cheap. The size was way off too — felt like a large despite the XS tag. I've asked for a refund and they're slow to reply. It does keep you warm, but honestly it's a bit of a mess.
Unexpectedly brilliant finish
in one corner of the room it reads almost navy, in bright window light you can see muted charcoal or a hint of blue, under fluorescents it's a deep blackish grey. Then, bafflingly, in another light it gave a whisper of olive. I wasn't expecting that at all, so it caught me off guard — in a good way.
The fit is spot on. I'm tall and slim and I asked for extra length in the body and sleeves; they nailed it. The collar, raised a touch as requested, sits nicely without feeling fussy, and the asymmetrical zips look exactly how I wanted. Antique brass hardware was a small request that really lifts the whole thing — subtle, not shouty. It also turned out warmer than I imagined; pleasantly cosy for this cold spell, which was another nice surprise.
Delivery was bang on time: eight weeks from order, and it arrived the day before Christmas which was almost cinematic, really. Customer service was helpful when I checked in once, polite and clear — no weird delays or evasive answers. Price felt reasonable for a custom piece like this; not cheap, but I think fair for the quality and the tweaks they made.
A tiny wish: I’d love magnets sewn into the lapels so they sit neatly when open, without visible snaps. It's a minor thing and honestly I can live without it, but if someone from the maker reads this, consider it, yeah? Overall, went from cautious to genuinely pleased. It’s not the classic leather jacket I had in my head, but it's better in its own, understated way — gives off a sort of anti-hero vibe. Definitely glad I went ahead with it.
