This is very much clear that concept is in benefits of customers. Not very good amount but this can be big discount as a whole of all months calculation of total purchase.
This is equally true we have to buy every months for livelihood. Then why not from such shops where we can save something against purchase.

I I bought something from this horrible website Luxplus a few months ago, But since then I have been charged a membership fee of £9.99 per month. They refused to make a refund. They said it was for the membership. What membership? I never knew about this membership. I definitely would NOT ADVISE any one to buy anything from this deceptive company. You can buy from else where at similar or better prices without having to become a member or take out membership. The membership is not worth it in any case. My advice: Thieving company STAY AWAY from it.
Very took £8.99 from my paypal account a month after my order. How dare they. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM. paypal said they wouldn't refund my money because it is a pre authorized payment. Dear God dont let them win. I hope that they can't appear on google searches so they can scan others. The owners are probably sat on a beach during the coronavirus pandemic as well all suffer in isolation. They'll get what's coming to them one day, and when that day comes they better not complain.
It's more than a month since I bought. I changed my address from the overseas address I wanted them to post it to, to the UK address but up to now, almost 2 moths, I haven't received my order. I write to remind Luxplus that my UK address you can post to is: 31 Milton Street, Northampton, NN2 7JG.

The monthly 'membership' is a con.... be very careful and make sure that if you are foolish enough to deal with them that you have not been signed up to pay £8.99 a month.... which they will not refund...

I purchased an item from Luxplus back in February 2018. Without realising it I have now been informed that I had chosen the membership price, i would never select this as I do not buy regularly from any suppliers. I had not thoroughly checked my visa statement and a year later I discover that the fee i thought was paying for a magazine subscription is actually pertaining to a one off purchase from Luxplus. The original purchase wasn’t even for me it was something my mother had wanted, even more reason for me to not have chosen a membership. Nevertheless my credit card has been debited £8:99 for the last year and a month. On discovering this error i contacted them and other than offering to cancel the membership there is no recompense. I strongly advise others to purchase their products from non membership sites this is an utter con and I have never received any confirmation of a membership account or a password ot anything else supporting my choice. I an appalled at their customer service and cannot believe that this is legal. I will be contacting a solicitor and informing as many friends and associates as possible. Do not use this company
What can I say - except to reiterate what most of the other reviews on Trustpilot and other review sites say -this is a scam. It is NOT clearly stated on the website that you will be enrolled as a member and be charged £8.99 every month: if it had clearly stated this then I would not have (unknowingly) "joined".
Luxplus please don't bother to reply to this review - it is obvious that you have one stock answer which you send out to every negative review. You obviously have no intention of amending your very misleading website and are happy to continue to mislead and rip off as many people as you can. Like many others, I originally paid for the product through PayPal and as many of them have said PayPal have been extremely helpful and proactive in trying to get this matter resolved. I shall be leaving as many honest reviews on as many review sites as possible to alert potential customers to your misleading website
