    As a customer at Lux Plus, I treated myself to some fancy skincare products that I'd been eyeing up for a while. At first, I was a bit unsure because of some of the mixed reviews I'd seen online, but I decided to go for it anyway. I was really happy when my order turned up quickly, and the quality of the products was even better than I expected. Plus, the prices were much more reasonable than other places I'd seen, which saved me a good chunk of money. When it came to signing up for membership, it was a breeze - the website clearly said it was a free trial that I could easily cancel before it ended. All in all, my experience with Lux Plus was top-notch, and I don't think those negative reviews really tell the full story.

    I LOVE luxplus. It’s SPECIFICALLY states that you are charged a subscription fee when you make a purchase. I’ve used it regularly and I think the savings are amazing. There are cheap brands and expensive ones and you get such a good deal. I’ve been happy with every order.

    FYI I don’t know how anyone could miss the fact that you pay a subscription.... for all the people moaning. I cancelled due to coronavirus lockdown now I’m not working and I simply emailed them explaining I needed to cancel until I was back working and within minutes they had cancelled and sent me an email to confirm. Excellent customer service. I will 100% be rejoining again once I’m back at work and being paid!

    It's a rip off company.My partner has been done by luxplus. They scan you into taking a monthly subscription .

    I was really happy with how quickly my online order arrived, but there was a bit too much packaging for my liking. Most of the things I got were as good as I hoped for, except for one major let down. I was really looking forward to trying out the lip pencil from a famous brand that I ordered. However, when I opened the package, I saw that the tip of the pencil was broken. I tried twisting it, but it just wouldn't come out of the tube. I was pretty gutted because the colour seemed just right for me.

    Monthly subscription order for cleaning products and cosmetics

    I've been a loyal Lux Plus customer for a few months now and I've got to say, I'm really impressed with the quality of the products I get every month. The range of cleaning products and cosmetics always keeps me interested whenever I make an order. Thanks to the products I get, my house always smells fantastic and my skin feels great with the cosmetics. I honestly wouldn't go anywhere else for such amazing products that are always fresh and interesting.

    I really had a terrible experience with this company. I got scammed and ended up with a really rubbish product that I paid a lot for. It was definitely the worst experience I've ever had with an online shop. I would strongly recommend that people avoid using this company to prevent the same kind of letdown and hassle.

    Misleading and Terrible Customer Service

    This shop is a complete joke. I feel like I've been tricked into wasting my hard-earned cash on products that don't live up to the hype. The customer service is terrible, it's like speaking to a brick wall. I asked for help and got absolutely nowhere, it's as if they don't even bother reading the messages. I wouldn't go near this shop with a ten-foot pole, let alone shop here again. It's just a total waste of time and money.

    This is very much clear that concept is in benefits of customers. Not very good amount but this can be big discount as a whole of all months calculation of total purchase.
    This is equally true we have to buy every months for livelihood. Then why not from such shops where we can save something against purchase.
    I am new member of Lusplus and realized this could be big deal in total for smooth purchasing.
    So yes truly advisable.

    I always get my Neutral Color laundry detergent from this place because I have a major allergy and they are the only ones who stock it.     I'm absolutely livid about what this company has done with their sneaky subscription scam! I bought something from them and next thing I know, I'm being charged £8.99 without even knowing I'd signed up for a subscription. And when I asked for a refund, all I got was some generic message turning me down, just like everyone else. The product itself was okay, but the whole subscription mess is just plain wrong and can't be tolerated.

    This company is definitely a fraud. I bought something from them just once in February, and now I've found out they've been taking £8.99 from me every month without asking me! It's obvious they're sneakily using people's payment info to set up subscriptions without permission. There's loads of folks on here with the same problem, so it's not just me. If you're thinking of shopping here, my advice is to stay well away to dodge their dodgy tricks.

    I was scammed by those guys who kept charging me £8.99 every month for a subscription I didn't even sign up for. Can you believe it? It took me 3 months to realise what was going on! So, I reported them, cancelled the sneaky subscription, and there's no way I'll be using their services again, that's for certain!
