I am not that much shopaholic, but i usually bought my winter clothes from here whenever i need. reasons:-
1, none can give the quality Lyle and Scott is giving, like literally no one. i have a sweatshirt which i bought from here and still, the quality is superb. there is nothing uncomfortable when i wear . also the fabric is still same, no little dots over my sweatshirt. which is a huge relief. because i hate it
2. the price is not that high, i can actually buy if i want something within a month. also, they are offering collections of winter wears which is awesome
3. mostly winter clothes are heavy in weight and if i want to travel then either i have to lose some clothes or have to pack more bags. the sweaters and cloths i buy from here is light in weight which makes my luggage light too

The customer experience manager (Darren Oliver) emailed me , he has gone way + above my expectations to help me , at no cost to myself they ask me to send it to their office in Scotland + they will get it repaired + sent back to me free of charge , Darren has replied to all my emails sent to him , I have spoke to him on the phone and what a lovely chap he is , the care for their customers has been outstanding , thankyou Darren and Lyle + Scott ,
