I sold my old device to MacBack not long ago and it was a great experience. It was all really easy and clear, right from the beginning. I just filled in the quote form, got a fair price, and then they quickly sent me the packaging I needed to send my device securely. As soon as they received my device, they got in touch with me and paid me the full amount they quoted on the very same day. It was so simple and quick, I was absolutely delighted with the service I received from MacBack.

Quote reduction
Recently I had an experience with MacBack where they initially quoted me a certain amount for my device. However, they later reduced it by a significant 55%. Their reason was that the charger accompanying the device was not the original brand one, which I thought was unfair, especially given the quality of the item. After challenging their decision, they eventually agreed to stick to the original quoted amount.
Sent my laptop in after getting a good price
MacBack is absolutely fantastic! I decided to send my laptop to them because they offered me a great price, and they sorted everything out so swiftly. They even sent me a secure little box with padding inside to make sure my laptop and charger were well protected during the journey. Once they received it, they logged it in and organised payment in no time, like within a few hours! I've been so impressed with their service that I'm sending them another laptop today.

Sell my two imacs
Worst place to sell your Mac. They will quote you a great price and then when they have your PC they will refuse acceptance saying you gave them wrong info or offer you less money. If they do tell you they are sending your stuff back it will wierdly go missing. (BS if you ask me!) Throw your old Mac away it'll be cheaper and less hassle.
Sold a 5K iMac
Very good service, fast payment but best of all home collection. I didn't dance lugging the down to the ost office!
Idea is innovative
No doubt idea is very innovative. I sold around seven to eight devices to Macback previously.
Everything is fine what they claim about their involvement but every time I failed to understand value given to customer for their used devices,should be reconsider. Even I sold my set which is almost new and no issue in operation,value quoted same.
I would like to bring attention of Macback people.
Either set a criteria of value of sets under each and every mentioned faults.
