Oh my goodness, I'm so excited to share that I bought 2 train signs and they are absolutely amazing! I needed them really quickly, so I sent an email asking if I could pay extra for faster shipping. They arrived on a Saturday morning and looked even better in real life. I was over the moon because they were gifts that needed to be delivered as soon as possible. I highly recommend them! 🤗
Personalized notice board
I recently bought a personalised notice board as a gift for my son. I was able to choose all the personalisation details, which was great because it meant I could tailor the gift to his likes. I included our family name and picked 6 rows for each family member's events. I ordered it before Christmas, knowing it was unlikely to arrive on time due to the busy holiday season. After not hearing anything for about a week, I decided to get in touch with the company to check on my order. They got back to me quickly with updated delivery information, which was reassuring. The product is a bit pricey, but the quality is really good. It came well-packaged and in one piece. The personal touches on the notice board make it truly special, and both my son and the rest of the family love the personal additions. Personalized gift
I was really impressed with the fantastic service I got from this company. Although there was a bit of a problem with the delivery company "holding" my parcel, which led to a delay in getting my personalised gift, the company's communication was top-notch. They quickly addressed my worries and sorted out sending another one so I could get it on time. The product itself was really good quality and beautifully made. I definitely recommend their products and praise their customer service.
Priority delivery item not received
This company is a complete joke! I ordered something for priority delivery two weeks ago and haven't received it yet. I haven't received any dispatch confirmation or tracking information. I've tried contacting them through email, Facebook, and even calling them, but their phone line is disconnected. It seems like they don't care about providing good customer service or support at all.

3 signs - 1 free standing Christmas sign and 2 street signs
I've always really liked the stuff this company makes, so I thought I'd go ahead and buy 3 signs - one Christmas sign and 2 street signs. I was really impressed with how much effort and skill went into making each sign. The designs were so original, and they used really good materials. I had a question about one of the signs, so I got in touch with customer service. They got back to me quickly and were really friendly. The signs arrived earlier than I thought, and I was absolutely amazed at how good they looked - even better than I was expecting. Thanks for such a brilliant experience!

Express delivery for 80th birthday gift
I'm really let down by the service I got from this company. I ordered something for express delivery more than a week and a half ago for an 80th birthday. Even though they said it would come 'tomorrow', it hasn't even been processed yet and now it's four days late. Not only will it miss the special occasion, but I paid quite a lot for it. This whole thing has made me feel annoyed and disappointed. If you need a present in a hurry, I'd recommend searching somewhere else.
Christmas signs with a slight spelling mistake
I bought three Christmas signs from them not long ago and found out that one of them had a small spelling mistake. I got in touch with them straight away and they responded within an hour, saying sorry for the mistake. They sent me a new sign promptly and it arrived in just a couple of days. I was really impressed by how quickly they sorted out the issue and their excellent customer service. I would definitely suggest this seller to anyone!
Personalised Glitter Heart Balloon Print
I was really let down by the Personalised Glitter Heart Balloon Print I bought. Even though I double-checked for any sneaky details, I was surprised to see that the frame wasn't part of the deal. The unclear description made me think the item was too expensive, as it just arrived as a plain A4 sheet of paper. I think companies should be clearer about what you get with their products to prevent any mix-ups and unhappy customers.
My super cute personalised gift
I received my order really quickly and the company made sure to keep me informed throughout the whole process. The gift was wonderfully wrapped in bubble wrap and looks so beautiful with the personalisation. I'm sure the people receiving it will absolutely love it. Overall, I've had a great experience dealing with this company and the gifts really have that special touch to them.
Jigsaw
I ordered from this website and got an incomplete jigsaw piece. There form must have not been working correctly that day and they did not add two names i put on the form. They claim it was not there. They refuse to rectify it. They have been most unhelpful. The customer service i received left a lot to be desired.
Snowglobes
After ordering globes for myself and 2 as gifts I am left hugely disappointed that I've had no end of problems and my order has never arrived 1st there were problems with supplies which is understandable during these times then Hermes apparently lost the parcel then they said they would replace after I got in touch with them.......then apparently royal mail have also lost the parcel just seems like alot of lies........Mwls didn't refund my money despite asking on many occasions I had to open a dispute case through my bank HUGELY DISAPPOINTED
