I ordered something back in April and it took ages to sort a return — the returns portal was flaky, I followed the steps and delivery was marked as received in May. Annoying, but the thing itself has been genuinely useful; I’ve been using it every day at home for work and for little bits like making mornings less faff. The customer team were slow at first and I had to chase, but in the end they did escalate and I got a decent response, so I’m relieved. Not perfect, I’d buy again, cautiously — I’m genuinely happy with it.
Pleasantly surprised in the end
Honestly, I'm genuinely pleased in the end — surprised, even. I ordered two jumpers in September and, as a long-time customer, I was ready to be picky. At first I worried they'd never turn up because of a mix-up, and I spent a week chasing emails and calls. Then things shifted. The replacements finally arrived, nicely packed, and the knit is solid quality — softer than I'd expected. I started wearing one straight away and kept getting small compliments, silly but nice. The customer adviser who later helped was more helpful than my initial call suggested, and they sorted the refund query quicker than I'd dared hope. It's not perfect — there were hiccups — but the clothes are good and the follow-up pleased me. Also the colours matched the photos, which is always a relief. I'll shop again, though I'll be a bit more persistent next time.
The label that actually turned up (eventually)
an email with a proper return label and, a day after I pushed for the postage refund, a notification that it had been refunded. No fanfare, just the right thing finally happening. I’ll admit I was sceptical up until then, but getting the money back and a short apology made me feel alright about shopping there again — cautiously, with one eye open. So not a perfect experience, but it could have been handled much worse and in the end they sorted it. I’ll buy again, just not leave it to the last minute next time.
Mixed bag on delivery, awful on returns
it turned up a day early, driver left it in the porch and even slid it around so it didn't squash the new sofa. That was a pleasant surprise, honestly. But then the fun started when I tried to return it. The returns portal was unusable, every time I clicked through it kicked me out or said unavailable. I phoned three times over a week and got the usual runaround — "systems fault", "we can't send labels right now", "we're looking into it" — and no label. They could still send promo emails though, which felt a bit cheeky. I'm not great at battling companies so this has been annoying and a bit stressful since I need something that actually eases my back and I can't have two bulky toppers here cluttering the flat. I said I'd escalate to my card provider if nothing happened and honestly I probably will unless they sort it in the next couple of days. Delivery: good. Returns and customer service: poor, really poor.
