I purchased a football shirt from this shop and I was really looking forward to wearing it to my next match! However, the delivery took absolutely ages, and when it finally arrived, the returns process was also very slow. I probably should have just gone to the actual store or ordered straight from the brand. I definitely won't be using this shop again.

I've just bought some football jerseys from this site. The quality and design of the jerseys were great, but I did find the website layout a bit tricky to navigate on my mobile. 4 items, 2 packages for birthday gift
I bought a few things from this shop recently - 4 items in total, split into 2 packages. One package was for me, and the other was meant to be a birthday present for my son. My package arrived without any issues, but the one for my son took a whopping 2 months to show up. In the end, the shop decided to cancel the order and give me a refund. I tried to ask for the items to be sent again in time for my son's birthday, but it seemed like my request was completely ignored. The whole experience left me feeling really let down and disappointed by the lack of care and customer service from the shop.

I'd suggest that customers steer clear of this shop and go for a faster service like Sports Direct for same-day customisation. The service I got was awful, and my overall experience with the shop was really disappointing.

This season has been really tough for me as a Manchester United fan, not just because of how the team has been playing but also because of the let-down I experienced with the shirt I bought from your shop. I recently bought some Manchester United gear from this shop and I have to say, I was really let down by the whole thing. I made my order on the 27th of November and was told it would arrive on the 6th of December. But then, to my surprise, on the 1st of December, I received an email claiming that my stuff had already been delivered. When I got back home, there was no sight of any package anywhere. The Royal Mail delivery person apparently took a photo of a random door corner as proof of delivery, which was pretty useless and irritating. I got in touch with the Manchester United Shop and they told me I had to wait 3 days before considering it lost, which I personally thought was just ridiculous and not at all helpful.

I bought a Manchester United kit from the shop not too long ago. It was really easy and smooth to place the order, but I was a bit gutted when I realised I had missed out on the Black Friday discount. I could have saved £22 if I had ordered it a few days sooner. Nonetheless, the service I received from ordering to delivery was brilliant. I'll make sure to keep a closer eye on discounts next time.
Matchday experience at Old Trafford
Being a huge football fan, I've always wanted to visit Old Trafford. Finally got the chance to go to a match, but it was soured by a rude evening manager. The ticket was pricey at £300, and I witnessed the manager treating the bar staff badly. I tried to stick up for them, but it led to a tense argument. The manager didn't handle it well and wanted me kicked out. It was really disappointing to see such incompetence ruin the experience. Big shoutout to the other staff who were great and the amazing vibe at Old Trafford.

I pay good money for these products, so I expect a better level of service, especially when other companies can deliver the next day as standard.
