website said a couple of weeks but it took nine, and they could've updated me. Still, overall it was worth it, honest.
Scruffy delivery, decent ride
the frame arrived scuffed and several parts weren’t what I ordered. Customer service actually handled things better than I expected; they sent upgraded bits (bottom bracket and crankset), which was a pleasant surprise, but they only sent one crank arm so I’m still stuck waiting. The order itself took nearly five weeks with a few date changes, which was annoying. The bike rides surprisingly well though — really comfortable, which helps my back — so once the missing part turns up it’ll be much closer to what I wanted.
Finally sorted
fitting was neat, the bike feels solid and my daily commute is quieter, which honestly made my week. Not perfect — communication needs sorting, no initial confirmation or tracking was annoying, but seeing the bike ride properly again made me genuinely pleased. Friendly, grateful for the fix, and some room for improvement.
Worth the switch
Long story short, worth buying — the white chain lifted my fixie's feel a lot, even if it's not flawless. I first spotted it on the retailer's site after buying other bits there, and a mate actually asked where I'd got it. I went for the cheapest shipping because I wasn't in a hurry and because I'm tight, and that saved cash. Fit and finish are good, smooth ride, just needed a quick tweak when fitting but nothing major.
