Hair loss products and vitamin tablets
I recently splashed out on a bunch of goodies – some vitamin tablets, an antibacterial shampoo and conditioner, and the R&B Antioxidant Shampoo & Conditioner Pack from Mark Birch Hair Loss. My hair has been giving me grief lately, with it being all thin and falling out, and my scalp playing up – it's always looking scaly and gross. Despite trying out loads of different shampoos in the past, nothing seemed to work. But, I was pretty chuffed to see the positive results of these products. After just one wash, my scalp cleared up from any dry flaky skin, and the R&B conditioner made my hair feel full and lovely and super clean. Wish I'd found these products sooner and not wasted my dosh on other brands that didn't do much. It's a bit soon to say whether the vitamin pack is doing anything, but I'm feeling hopeful. Also, gotta give a shoutout to Kul for the top-notch customer service – they were quick to respond and answered all my questions. I reckon anyone dealing with similar hair or scalp issues should definitely give these products a go. Highly recommended!

Anagen 10 Collagen Drink
I was actually recommended to try out the Anagen 10 collagen drink by a hair expert before the whole lockdown situation, and I've been drinking it regularly ever since. I've really noticed my hair feeling thicker and, more importantly, there's way less hair falling out. My hair definitely seems stronger than a few months back, and I'm genuinely delighted with the results. On top of that, the drink tastes pretty nice, which is a good extra treat. The delivery of the product was super quick and efficient too.

I've been using the antioxidant, vitamin B, and serenoa products for healthy hair and scalp from this company for about 4 and a half months now. Unreliable delivery
I've been really let down by the delivery service from this place for the second time now. They do try to help, but it's annoying to always have to check and make sure I actually get what I ordered. It takes up so much time and it's just really inconvenient.

Antibacterial shampoo purchase
I recently purchased this shampoo and let me tell you, it was a complete disaster. It took nearly two weeks for it to arrive, and when it finally did, the smell was absolutely awful. It was a strange combination of stale bonfire and rotten eggs, no joke. I tried washing my hair with it, but the smell lingered for a good five days despite my best efforts. I reached out via email and phone to return it, but I haven't received any response at all. Definitely not recommending this product to anyone!

I got this shampoo and when it came, it was like a waterfall in a jiffy bag. So annoying. But I rang up about it leaking everywhere, and you know what? Their customer service is amazing! I've been struggling with Acne keloid for quite some time now, and after testing out different shampoos, I can honestly say that this one is the best one I've come across. In just a week of using it, my skin has improved so much. Most of my spots are gone, and the irritation on my scalp has calmed down a lot. I bought this shampoo for my parents because I was concerned about them using other shampoos with harsh ingredients. And after just a week, my mum asked for more because she absolutely adored it! She had been struggling with eczema on her neck for years, but this shampoo has completely cleared it up.
