I was properly on the fence before ordering — after being burned by a couple of leather makers who sent duff hardware, I almost walked away. The case turned up looking decent, but a clasp felt iffy. I rang them; they were straight on it, sent parts and arranged a repair (took a bit longer than I wanted). Now it’s fine, handles solid, latch works smoothly, and I’ve actually been using it daily. Not perfect — a small scuff appeared — but overall relieved and happy I took the chance.
