Nick and Dan are there on live chat with proper, personalised answers rather than the usual canned replies. The app is a bit clunky and setting things up took longer than I wanted, so it's not perfect, but knowing roughly 25% of what I pay goes into environmental and energy-saving projects makes me feel better about sticking with them.
