no replies, then being ignored, and finally being blocked on social media. That part was really frustrating because I had to re-plan my hair last minute and it was a proper faff.
What annoyed me most was the mixed messages. One minute their support said they’d escalate and “reach out”, the next they were saying they weren’t connected to the TikTok shop — which felt a bit like passing the buck. I tried to stay calm but I admit I got impatient, and my messages probably got a bit snappy. Fair enough, I wasn’t exactly serene.
After a week of chasing I escalated matters and insisted on a refund. They started communicating more properly after that; it took persistence and a few reminders, but in the end they processed a refund and confirmed shipment discrepancies. So, relief — I got my money back and I could breathe again. It wasn’t a smooth journey though, and it cost me time and nerves.
Delivery was the weakest link: slow, confusing tracking updates and no proactive communication. Customer service was hit-and-miss — eventually helpful, but only after I pushed. If you’re thinking of using them, don’t expect a hassle-free experience; follow up yourself and keep records of messages. The price felt reasonable for the product I wanted, but because of the stress around delivery and the initial radio silence, I’d be cautious next time.
Overall I’m mildly satisfied that it ended with a refund, but I wouldn’t say I’d blindly reorder without reservations. Hopefully they tidy up their processes and communicate sooner; that would make a world of difference. For now: useful product idea, patchy delivery, and a customer service team that only gets moving when you press them.The courier who forgot how to phone people
