avoid this seller unless you enjoy chasing paperwork and unclear promises. I bought the LASER & LED therapy bag plus the separate LED machine on a clinician's recommendation because I wanted something simple to use at home after work — quick neck and shoulder sessions, a bit of light therapy while I watch TV. The LED machine itself seems alright and I still use it now and then, but the bag is too big, heavy and awkward; it won't sit properly on my king-size bed and it's just impractical for daily use. What really scuppered things was the aftercare. I rang and messaged several times about returning it and getting a refund; the replies were vague and contradictory. One person said they'd send a UPS label; UPS couldn't verify the return address. The next day I was told I'm expected to organise and pay for return postage to the same uncertain address. So I was left stalled, no clear refund amount, and mixed instructions. That admin mess kills it for me — product design and poor customer service combined make this a bad experience, even if parts of the kit are usable. Not worth the hassle, sadly.

Half a strip went dark one morning. I’d had the red light mat about six weeks. I’m careful with kit and follow the care notes, so that was annoying. I use the mat at home and in short professional sessions, so reliability matters. I sent a photograph and my order number to customer service and, oddly, got an answer over a holiday weekend. They organised a replacement straight away and said I didn’t need to return the faulty mat, which saved me time. The new mat turned up within five days. Delivery was prompt and handled without fuss. Price felt reasonable for what I use it for. For now I’m satisfied with how they sorted it. I do hope this one lasts longer. Small practical gripe about the failure, but the aftercare was good and quick.
Sod's law with the lights
bend the mask one way and they go dark, bend it the other and they come back. So not a bulb issue. Phoned customer support and explained. Warranty had just lapsed. No goodwill, no refurb offer, just 'buy a new one' — polite but useless. Frustrating, yes. Yet oddly I'm relieved. Better to find a fault than keep recommending it and have friends buy the same dud. The app was easy to use and my wife liked the sleep mode, so not a write‑off. I'm hunting for alternatives (anything but Megelin). If you buy one, test the forehead lights early. Bit of a sour end, but at least we didn't waste more cash after the warranty had run out.
