during the dispute I got a marketing email encouraging me to buy more glasses, which felt a bit tone-deaf — automated emails are understandable, but someone could flip that off while a case is open. If you’re thinking of doing a home trial, my advice is keep the tracking receipt handy and be prepared for customs shenanigans if you’re outside their main distribution area. Also, chase politely but firmly — it helped in my case. All in all I’m relieved it was sorted and thankful they refunded me, even if the middle was messy and a bit stressful. I’d be open to using them again if they tighten up their delivery communications and stop charging people before checking returns properly — small changes would make a big difference.
Eyeglasses
I recently bought a pair of glasses from this company and it was a really bad experience. I paid for the glasses back in April but they never arrived. Then when I tried to order again, they made me wait a whole month only to eventually cancel my order. The customer service was terrible - they never replied to my emails, didn’t keep me informed about my order, and even gave me fake tracking numbers. All in all, a company I wouldn't want to deal with again.
Affordable glasses
I got my glasses from here and they were such a bargain! I saw the same pair somewhere else for more money, so Mister Spex really came through on the price. But I have to admit, I was a bit let down by the late delivery. If it wasn't for that, I would have given them a top-notch rating.

The glasses I bought were so cheap, man! Way cheaper than anywhere else. To top it off, they chucked in free shipping as well. I ordered them on a Friday night, quite late, actually, and they turned up the next Friday. Can't believe how quick they arrived!

I recently bought some contact lenses and honestly, I was a bit disappointed. I ordered them on the 21st of May, but it's now the 3rd of June and they still haven't arrived. I got in touch with Customer Service and they told me there have been problems with their supplier, which is why my order is late. They said sorry and sent me an email with a tracking number, but unfortunately, I still can't track my order which is really annoying. The whole service has been so slow and I'm basically just sitting around waiting for my lenses to show up.

The website promised delivery in 3-4 days, but that was a complete lie. I even gave them a call and Veronica gave me the runaround, couldn't even tell me when my stuff would arrive. I've tried emailing them as well, but no surprise there, no response. Definitely wouldn't recommend buying contact lenses from here, look elsewhere!
