phone straight to voicemail and they resisted the 14‑day right, so I had to chase them. After a couple of emails and a bit of pressure they arranged the correct delivery and handled the refund. Still a hassle, but service improved enough that I'm slightly reassured next time.
Nice kit, rubbish wait
I first saw this at a mate's flat and thought I'd give it a go. Feels decent in the hand, solid, not flashy, easy to use. Works well for daily stuff, though not perfect. Ordered online and it took two weeks to arrive. That's really slow. Price is fair, but the wait put me off.
Early parcel, tidy job
Woke up to the parcel a day early, which was a nice surprise. Ordering was dead simple, confirmation arrived straight away and the sunglasses felt solid — well packed, no rattles, sits nicely on my face (comfortable, not tight). In short, I won't be using them again. I'd relied on this firm for a few years to send small essentials while I'm at work, so stuff really needs to go through the letterbox. I ordered my usual Air Optex Night & Day after a colleague recommended the site and I first saw the deal on their homepage, but they sent Lenjoy Night & Day instead — totally different fit. Felt fobbed off, quite annoying (and yes, the Lenjoys were surprisingly comfy for short shifts).

I recently bought some colour contact lenses but ended up feeling let down when I discovered that the pictures on the website didn't match the actual product. The quality of the print was bad, with big pixels and not enough coverage of colour. Lens purchase from Czech Republic to Malta

Quick delivery, but packaging too big
I've been getting my things from here for ages and it's been brilliant. They always deliver super quickly, usually within 2 days. But honestly, the packaging is a bit of a pain. It's way too big and never fits through the letterbox. So if I'm out at school, I have to arrange a delivery with Royal Mail and that's really inconvenient. It would be so much better if they just used smaller packaging that can actually fit through. Because of this, I don't think I'll be using them again.

I ordered my contacts and thought everything was fine, but then they emailed me to say they didn't actually have them in stock. How does that even happen? It's like going to a sweet shop and being told they only have vegetables! So not cool.
