I recently bought some sunglasses from this company and it's turned into a bit of a nightmare, to be honest. The website said they were in stock, but it's been nearly four weeks now and the delivery keeps getting delayed. When I asked for a refund, they said no and now they're just ignoring me. Dealing with a company that doesn't keep their word and offers rubbish customer service is really annoying.
Daily contact lenses purchase
I want to share my recent experience purchasing daily contact lenses for the first time on this platform, and it was honestly so frustrating. I placed my order on the 5th of July, only to be later told that the product was out of stock. I get it, these things happen sometimes. However, what really got to me was that I kept getting empty promises and false assurances that the lenses would be back in stock and delivered in time for my holiday. The customer service team just kept repeating the same excuse until I finally decided to give up and cancel my purchase a few days ago. This has honestly been the worst shopping experience I've had in the past decade of buying contact lenses. So disappointing!
Incorrect item sent due to stock unavailability
I bought something online and they sent me the wrong thing. Now I'm trying to send it back, but they're giving me a hard time, even though I know I've got 14 days to return it. Their customer service is terrible, I can never get through on the phone, it just goes to voicemail. I used to shop with them all the time, but not anymore after this mess.
Color contact lenses
I recently bought some colour contact lenses but ended up feeling let down when I discovered that the pictures on the website didn't match the actual product. The quality of the print was bad, with big pixels and not enough coverage of colour. When I phoned customer service to talk about the problem, I was met with a dismissive reply saying that colour lenses can appear different on each person's eyes and that pictures shouldn't be relied upon. As someone who regularly uses top-notch colour lenses, I was really disappointed by the misleading adverts and lack of honesty from the company. I wouldn't recommend buying from them.
Lens purchase from Czech Republic to Malta
I recently ordered a pair of lenses from this company and I have to say, I am really impressed with their service. I placed my order on a Monday and by Tuesday, they had already confirmed the delivery address with me. The speed and efficiency of their communication was fantastic. I got my lenses on Friday, just three days after ordering, which is amazing given the distance they had to travel from the Czech Republic to Malta. The courier even called to let me know about the delivery, showing excellent attention to detail and customer service. I will definitely be a repeat customer in the future.

Quick delivery, but packaging too big
I've been getting my things from here for ages and it's been brilliant. They always deliver super quickly, usually within 2 days. But honestly, the packaging is a bit of a pain. It's way too big and never fits through the letterbox. So if I'm out at school, I have to arrange a delivery with Royal Mail and that's really inconvenient. It would be so much better if they just used smaller packaging that can actually fit through. Because of this, I don't think I'll be using them again.

I ordered my contacts and thought everything was fine, but then they emailed me to say they didn't actually have them in stock. How does that even happen? It's like going to a sweet shop and being told they only have vegetables! So not cool.

I've had such a bad time with this company - I've ordered from them twice in the last two years, and let me tell you, their lenses are just terrible. I don't usually like to compare companies, but I've had recent dealings with two different online contact lens retailers and I wanted to share my thoughts. I've been wearing contact lenses for thirty years, so I've dealt with a lot of companies. In my opinion, Alensa and Lentiamo are completely different when it comes to customer service, efficiency, and overall experience.
Delayed order
I've never had such awful customer service before! I placed an order more than 10 days ago and it still hasn't turned up. When I got in touch with the company, they wouldn't refund me or send out another order until the courier found the original one. Can you believe it? I ended up ordering from another company and got my contacts in just 2 days. This company is a total joke.
Wrong contact lenses
Lentiamo managed to get me to buy the incorrect contact lenses that didn't work for me. When I spoke up about it, their customer service didn't handle my complaints well. They just ended up sending me a bill for the right lenses that they didn't even have available. It's so annoying!
Contacting Lentiamo, system issues
It's really frustrating trying to contact them over the phone, you know? They keep taking payments multiple times and then bombard us with emails instead of just calling us. And don't even get me started on how my contact lenses never come in a package that fits through the letterbox. Do they not have those sizes? It's just so annoying. After dealing with them, I don't think I'll be making any more orders.

I recently ordered a pair of Rayban sunglasses and I was really pleased that they arrived exactly when I expected them to. The packaging was really good quality and the price was very competitive, so I felt like I got a great deal. Overall, I'm really happy with my purchase.
Monthly contact lenses order
I bought some monthly contact lenses from this company recently, but it wasn't a great experience. When I ordered them, I saw that the delivery date was set for a month later on their website.
