    Travel-time letdown then relief

    I remember standing at security, lenses still on the kitchen table — that was the moment it hit me. I’d ordered daily lenses here for my holiday and kept getting the same “back in stock in two weeks” message, over and over. Annoying. I cancelled a few days before flying and, to my surprise, the refund turned up quickly and cleanly, so that felt good. Not perfect — communication was poor and delivery useless — but at least the money was sorted, so I can breathe.

    Packing, passport, charger, sunglasses — and one had a wobble. I bought these because my old pair were scratched and were giving me eye strain on bright commutes, so I needed a spare. A tiny screw worked loose and I sent them back with a pre‑paid Royal Mail label. The parcel then disappeared in post, but customer support were quick to deal with it, they investigated and, crucially, shipped a replacement without waiting for the return. Not flawless — the fault was annoying — but I'm relieved and would buy again.

    Good shades, a few small niggles

    Funny thing — the first time I put them on I actually forgot they were designer, they just fit and feel right. The frames sit comfortably on my nose, lenses are clear and not too heavy, so I wear them most days without fuss. Anna was spot on about the case colour I asked for, that arrived exactly as requested which mattered more than I expected. Only downside was the promised bag of sweets for paying by card never turned up, a small annoying thing rather than a dealbreaker. Delivery was quick and ordering was easy. If you want the freebies, double-check payment terms, but otherwise solid pick — looks good, wears well.

    Quietly impressed

    Honestly, I'd recommend them — after a wary start I'm actually quite pleased. I first spotted Lentiamo on a friend's Instagram story and my sister told me to give it a go, so I ordered more out of curiosity than anything. I was a bit sceptical about the low prices and whether it was all genuine, but the parcel arrived quickly and everything matched the description. Bought the shopper bag and the smiley contact lenses (a bit silly, but I like them). Also found out about the points later on, which was a nice bonus. No fuss so far, I'll stick with them.

    I want to share my recent experience purchasing daily contact lenses for the first time on this platform, and it was honestly so frustrating. I placed my order on the 5th of July, only to be later told that the product was out of stock. I get it, these things happen sometimes. However, what really got to me was that I kept getting empty promises and false assurances that the lenses would be back in stock and delivered in time for my holiday. The customer service team just kept repeating the same excuse until I finally decided to give up and cancel my purchase a few days ago. This has honestly been the worst shopping experience I've had in the past decade of buying contact lenses. So disappointing!

    I bought something online and they sent me the wrong thing. Now I'm trying to send it back, but they're giving me a hard time, even though I know I've got 14 days to return it. Their customer service is terrible, I can never get through on the phone, it just goes to voicemail. I used to shop with them all the time, but not anymore after this mess.

    I recently bought some colour contact lenses but ended up feeling let down when I discovered that the pictures on the website didn't match the actual product. The quality of the print was bad, with big pixels and not enough coverage of colour. When I phoned customer service to talk about the problem, I was met with a dismissive reply saying that colour lenses can appear different on each person's eyes and that pictures shouldn't be relied upon. As someone who regularly uses top-notch colour lenses, I was really disappointed by the misleading adverts and lack of honesty from the company. I wouldn't recommend buying from them.

    Lens purchase from Czech Republic to Malta

    I recently ordered a pair of lenses from this company and I have to say, I am really impressed with their service. I placed my order on a Monday and by Tuesday, they had already confirmed the delivery address with me. The speed and efficiency of their communication was fantastic. I got my lenses on Friday, just three days after ordering, which is amazing given the distance they had to travel from the Czech Republic to Malta. The courier even called to let me know about the delivery, showing excellent attention to detail and customer service. I will definitely be a repeat customer in the future.

    First lens order incident

    I had a bit of a hiccup with my order of lenses from Lentiamo. I ended up giving the wrong address, which delayed the delivery.     Quick delivery, but packaging too big

    I've been getting my things from here for ages and it's been brilliant. They always deliver super quickly, usually within 2 days. But honestly, the packaging is a bit of a pain. It's way too big and never fits through the letterbox. So if I'm out at school, I have to arrange a delivery with Royal Mail and that's really inconvenient. It would be so much better if they just used smaller packaging that can actually fit through. Because of this, I don't think I'll be using them again.

    I've never had such awful customer service before! I placed an order more than 10 days ago and it still hasn't turned up. When I got in touch with the company, they wouldn't refund me or send out another order until the courier found the original one. Can you believe it? I ended up ordering from another company and got my contacts in just 2 days. This company is a total joke.

    Lentiamo managed to get me to buy the incorrect contact lenses that didn't work for me. When I spoke up about it, their customer service didn't handle my complaints well. They just ended up sending me a bill for the right lenses that they didn't even have available. It's so annoying!
