Yes a common store of all kind of wears. I have no issue of Mistral products till the date.
This is fifth year I use to buy family wears from this points, especially jackets qualities is superb
Sweetshirt and T shirt's mostly I buy from Mistral.
Also receive gift voucher and discounts .
Customer service is always help to keep customer updated about new arrivals . Brands are selected and gentle colors.Clothing
Positive: Quick delivery of items after ordering online.
Negatives: Expensive clothing. Still no refund (2 months later) for the 1 item I had to return due to it being way ... than stated on the label. Real lack of customer service - may be this was their downfall when they went bust the first time. I certainly won't be buying from them again.
BEWARE. I have had two awful experiences with trying to get refunds out of this company. Currently waiting for a refund on item returned back in October. Have been told several times that the refund is on its way, but this has never materialized, despite several phone calls in which I have been assured that it is being sorted out. Huge amount of wasted time. Gave company benefit of the doubt after first bad experience. NEVER AGAIN
