The Ilse Jacobsen Tulip Slip-On Shoes are really something special when it comes to comfort that doesn't cost a bomb. I bought a lovely silk scarf from this website not too long ago and I have to say, I was really impressed with everything. Cord dress
I was really looking forward to trying on my cord dress when it arrived. The quality was fantastic and it came quickly, but my excitement faded as soon as I saw myself in the mirror. The dress just didn't do my hourglass figure any justice - it made me look shapeless! I had ordered a smaller size than usual, but there was too much material, making me look a bit frumpy. Maybe if there was some elastic or a tie back, it would have fit me better and looked more flattering.

I recently bought some clothes from this shop and they came quickly and were good quality as usual. However, the sizes seemed to have changed since the last time I shopped there. The size 8 I ordered turned out to be too big, so I had to send it back and exchange it for a size 10, which was still too big for me. It's frustrating that I have to pay for returns, so I probably won't be shopping online from there again.
Bright and stylish clothing
The clothes from this company are just incredible. I adore the vibrant and fun colours they have, it really pops. The customer service is outstanding, they reply quickly and the team is so helpful, they really go the extra mile for their customers. I only wish there were more stores nearby, but thankfully they have a fantastic online shop. I definitely recommend taking a look at their unique and stylish pieces.

I popped into the shop in Cheltenham not long ago and I must say, I was really impressed with the customer service I received from the staff. The ladies working there were so friendly, polite, and really went out of their way to help me find the perfect clothes. They listened to what I needed and made sure I was taken care of. It was such a nice change to get that kind of excellent service in this day and age.

I recently bought this really cool new top and I'm absolutely loving it! It arrived really quickly and I managed to snag it on sale, which was a bonus. The top looks exactly like it did in the picture online and it's so comfortable to wear. I've already given it a wash and it still looks as good as new. I'm really pleased with it!

Beautiful skirts
I absolutely adore the fluffy skirts I purchased from Mistral - they're just so lovely and comfortable! Whenever I wear them, I feel like a princess. I've bought quite a few Mistral clothes both in-store and online, and they are all really cute and great quality. Plus, the delivery is super fast and the clothes arrive in beautiful packaging.
T-shirts and skirt
I bought a couple of t-shirts and a skirt from Mistral recently. The colours are lovely, the fit is nice, and the cut is flattering. They're made of good quality cotton, nice and thick. I haven't washed them yet to see how they hold up over time, but I'm pleased with my purchase up to now.
Loose-fit jumper
The delivery was really quick and the things were wrapped up nicely. The jumper I got was just like it looked on the website - the colour matched up and the size was great, it's nice and loose which is just how I like it.
Colourful skirt and jumper
I'm absolutely loving my new skirt and jumper! The hibiscus colour is so vibrant and the red, green, and orange details really make it stand out. This is now my third skirt from Mistral and I just can't get enough of them. The quality is fantastic and the fit is always perfect. I always receive so many compliments when I wear their clothing. I can't recommend them enough!
Clothes that didn't fit
I purchased some clothes online, but unfortunately, when they showed up, they didn't fit me well. So, I had to send them back, but it ended up costing me more than £10! It's quite pricey, and now I don't plan on shopping there anymore because of the expensive return process. I really wish they offered free returns like some other retailers do. That would definitely make me a much happier customer.
Big clothing purchase
The clothes I bought were really good quality, but I was so let down by the sizes. They were both way too big for me. It's even worse that the shop in Lymington shut down, because I couldn't try them on before I bought them online. Now, I have to pay to send them back, and that's just not right. It seems like the company is winning, but the customers are losing out. I really think they should think about reopening the shop in Lymington to give better service to customers. Thanks.
BEWARE. I have had two awful experiences with trying to get refunds out of this company. Currently waiting for a refund on item returned back in October. Have been told several times that the refund is on its way, but this has never materialized, despite several phone calls in which I have been assured that it is being sorted out. Huge amount of wasted time. Gave company benefit of the doubt after first bad experience. NEVER AGAIN
