I recently bought an iPhone 12 from Mobile Reborn and was happy to see that it arrived in perfect condition with 100% battery health. I would definitely suggest this product. However, there was a small problem with the free gift that was promised. Even after waiting for some time, I still haven't got it. I contacted customer service through email and they said they were looking into it in the warehouse, but I haven't heard anything more about it. It's disappointing to see that the free gift was advertised but hasn't been sent out properly.

I got my hands on the new smartphone and it arrived pretty quickly. It looks absolutely brilliant. I'm a bit gutted though because the Face ID feature doesn't seem to be working. Also, I've noticed that the battery is starting to show signs of wear and tear, but it's not a massive problem for me since I can charge it every day.

Free gift with no phones received
I've just made a recent order from this company, and I got the free gift quite quickly. However, even though they promised next-day delivery, I still haven't received the two phones that I bought. They asked me for more details, which I gave them straight away, but I haven't heard anything about the status of my order since. It's been two weeks now since I placed the order, and I'm really let down by the poor communication and follow-up from this company.
Delayed delivery
I'm really not impressed with the service from Mobile Reborn. I ordered something expecting it to arrive on the 9th of April, using Royal Mail for delivery. But then Royal Mail said it had been delivered and signed for, even though I was in all day and never got it. I got in touch with Mobile Reborn to let them know, and they told me to give Royal Mail a week to look into it. But it's now the 21st of May, and I still haven't heard anything about the investigation from Mobile Reborn.

The customer service was absolutely brilliant! If you have any problems, give them a call because waiting for an email reply can take forever. Tom was amazing for helping us fix an issue with our iPad order. We chose a different iPad yesterday, and it was delivered shortly after lunch today. Thanks a lot! Cheers!

I'm really disappointed with the phone I bought from Mobile Reborn recently. They said it would arrive the next day, but it didn't, and to make matters worse, the call quality is terrible. People keep saying they can't hear me properly. It's clear that I got a faulty phone. I spent £510 on it, which is a lot of money, and I feel like I've been taken advantage of. The camera quality is also poor compared to other phones in the same price range. I want a refund right away.

Two iPhone purchases
I recently bought two iPhones from Mobile Reborn. Sadly, the first one I got had problems with the screen. I sent it back, and they said they fixed it, but the issue was still there. I had to go to Apple to get it properly sorted out, which cost me an extra £150. The second phone is supposed to come this Wednesday, hoping it won't have the same issues. They offer free gifts with each purchase, but every time I ordered, they were out of stock. When I called to ask while returning the first phone, they said they would send me some earbuds as compensation, but they never showed up. On a positive note, the phones arrived on time, and the first one was in great condition.
