Halfway through first week I was wary — needed a reliable upgrade after a dodgy phone, then aftercare sorted it, pleased.
Arrived without fuss
Needed a quick replacement for my sore back; bits arrived fast, feel solid enough.
Pretty decent
Phone felt solid, quick to set up and works well day-to-day. Ordered before, delivery was fast again, price fair, not perfect though, but overall alright
Quick save, small gripe
Needed a spare charger for my home office at short notice — it turned up really quickly and actually saved my day. Bit miffed they added a surprise fee, but overall pleased.
Started dodgy, ended okay
Honestly, I wasn't expecting much but I'm oddly glad it worked out in the end. Missed deliveries three times, messages mostly ignored; a mate who'd seen it online nudged me, they finally responded, relieved.
Not bad, actually
Halfway through unwrapping the first box I thought 'bit risky', I'd only ordered last month, but the stuff feels solid, easy to use and looks good. Service was quick, no faff at all.
Mislabelled battery
Halfway through setting it up I noticed the 'excellent' handset had worse battery health than the two-and-a-half year phone it was meant to replace. Used for commuting and quick work calls it copes, but the short battery annoys me. I've asked the seller for a repair or refund.
Birthday win at last
It hit me when she ran to show me the tiny screen and wouldn’t put it down — proper grin on her face, and I knew we’d chosen well, honestly. Delivery arrived when promised, setup was fine. If you need a quick birthday present, really go for it.
Rainy buzz
I’d almost given up after a week’s delay, but when the XR turned up I realised I was actually chuffed — camera’s decent for my quick London snaps, battery gets me through meetings and podcasts. It’s not flawless, occasional lag, but for daily use it does the job.
Not great delivery
Ordered a refurbished phone and it arrived faulty. Been waiting two weeks now for a repair or replacement, and communication's really non-existent. Delivery and service have been a mess — I've had better responses from other firms, to be honest.
Bit of a mixed bag, but still worth a shot
good value for a working device, but check the battery and warranty stuff first. Service was helpful at times. They offered repairs within the early months, which is okay, but after the first month you’re a bit more exposed and I felt the protections aren’t as strong as they should be. Price felt a touch high for the condition, though not outrageous. Delivery was slick. If you’re after a cheap replacement phone and don’t mind a used battery, go for it. If you want near-new battery health, maybe steer elsewhere or ask them for exact battery percentage before you buy. I’d recommend them with a caveat. Wish they were clearer in the listing — that would make this a proper five-star experience.
Not how I pictured a quick phone swap
I had to send it back — three separate times in the end — and each return hit my wallet. They charged me for receiving the phone, then applied a 7% return fee on top. I mean, why is a customer paying to return an obviously faulty item? That felt wrong. After the second return they agreed to a refund but it took about five weeks to actually land, which screwed up my plans and left me without a phone for ages. I did get a partial refund in the end, but the fees weren’t refunded so I still lost cash.
There were some decent moments — communication wasn’t completely non-existent and the packaging was fine — but the whole experience was just slow and clunky. If the device had been fine out of the box, no one would care, but when things go wrong the process should be straightforward. As a heads-up: if you’re buying because you urgently need a working phone, be wary. This worked out in the end-ish, but it cost time and stress that I didn’t expect.Faulty phone, costly lessons

Not convinced, had it checked by my son and my granddaughter (they know these things), and by a support tech before I sent it back again. All said it was faulty. Sent it back via special delivery (£9 again) and they told me they’d tested it and it was fine. Three weeks on, the return shows as received but no refund has landed. I ended up buying a different phone from Amazon and that one’s been perfect — so my worry about refurbished phones has been partly eased (they can be fine), but not with this seller. Lesson learned: check reviews properly, and be ready for refunds to take ages. I’m more cautious now and a bit out of pocket for two phones I barely used.
Smartphone with Face ID and battery in need of service
I got my hands on the new smartphone and it arrived pretty quickly. It looks absolutely brilliant. I'm a bit gutted though because the Face ID feature doesn't seem to be working. Also, I've noticed that the battery is starting to show signs of wear and tear, but it's not a massive problem for me since I can charge it every day.
iPhone order
I ordered an iPhone from this place, thinking it would arrive the next day as they promised. However, I didn't get any confirmation or shipping emails. It made me feel like I had been ripped off. I tried getting in touch with them by email and phone, but didn't hear back from anyone. I even found out their phone lines had been disconnected.
Free gift with no phones received
I've just made a recent order from this company, and I got the free gift quite quickly. However, even though they promised next-day delivery, I still haven't received the two phones that I bought. They asked me for more details, which I gave them straight away, but I haven't heard anything about the status of my order since. It's been two weeks now since I placed the order, and I'm really let down by the poor communication and follow-up from this company.
Delayed delivery
I'm really not impressed with the service from Mobile Reborn. I ordered something expecting it to arrive on the 9th of April, using Royal Mail for delivery. But then Royal Mail said it had been delivered and signed for, even though I was in all day and never got it. I got in touch with Mobile Reborn to let them know, and they told me to give Royal Mail a week to look into it. But it's now the 21st of May, and I still haven't heard anything about the investigation from Mobile Reborn.
Quick delivery, great customer service, phone works great

iPad purchase
The customer service was absolutely brilliant! If you have any problems, give them a call because waiting for an email reply can take forever. Tom was amazing for helping us fix an issue with our iPad order. We chose a different iPad yesterday, and it was delivered shortly after lunch today. Thanks a lot! Cheers!
Phone in pristine condition
