By the time I realised there was no tracking, I'd already stopped waiting. Order confirmed late November, promised 7–10 days, and then... silence. No shipping updates, no replies from customer service despite a couple of emails. The site showed the item as in stock when I bought it, and that mismatch is the annoying part — felt like they listed things they don't actually hold. On the plus side the checkout was simple and the price seemed fair compared with others, but other retailers usually at least send a status note. I’m wary of ordering again.
Almost gave up
Returns were a faff, but the product feels solid and useful.
