Needed something for sore, irritated skin after a bad product. Delivery was quick, service friendly. Balm thankfully calmed my skin.
No-nonsense balm
Really effective, would buy. Used it after a long run; light texture, nice scent, surprised at instant calm.
Small solid find
Spotted at a mate's flat. Simple cruelty-free range. Smells subtle, actually feels light on skin. Delivery was quick and I'm glad.

Makeup sits better
Didn't change my makeup, just the skincare, and people keep asking what's different. The Monuskin range sits nicely — light texture, no greasy residue, layers well under foundation and feels comfortable all day. Pretty pleased it made a visible difference; I'd tell others to try a set.

I saw it on Facebook; a mate nagged me to take the £1 trial. Feels proper nice — soft, lightweight and handy in use. Annoyed when they added sneaky postage, though, still.
Long-term user, one gripe
pumps stop before tubs are empty. A simple pump fix would sort it.

Delivery is usually quick and parcels arrive intact; once I had a query about a missing item and the team sorted it on the phone without fuss. Friendly, informed staff who actually answer helps. If they improved tracking updates it’d be perfect, but I’d recommend it to colleagues.
At last, a keeper
the Firming Fiji oil gives a boost of moisture without feeling heavy, and the Instant Radiance boost is my go-to when I need a quick pick-me-up. Packaging is nice and the team have always been friendly — small business vibes, but reliable. Bit pricier than supermarket lines, but honestly worth it for the results. I'll definitely be buying again soon.
Finally convinced
I wasn’t sure at first — price looked okay but I’d been burned by brands promising great stuff and delivering meh. After a few orders I can say most doubts melted. Tinted moisturiser disappearance
I really like the products from this brand, but I'm feeling a bit let down because my favourite tinted moisturiser has vanished from their range. I've tried getting in touch with their customer service, but I've heard nothing back yet. It's annoying having to hunt for a new product when I was really happy with theirs. I hope they bring it back soon, or at least keep us informed about what's going on.

I've just bought some products that I use every day and I'm really pleased with how it's all turned out. I've just bought some things from this shop and I have to say, I'm really impressed with how good the products are. The Rose & Lemon Body Cream, Cleansing Balm, and Reviving Mist are my top choices that I keep using. The natural and nourishing ingredients in these products have really made a difference to my skin.
